I really was feeling worn down after my move from Illinois to Wisconsin. Everything was hurting among other issues. When I entered there was no waiting. I got in and out within an hour with an assurance that things were fine and a few medications I needed. Thank you Froedtert Kenosha for relieving my tension and stress.
I had the worst experience with a podiatrist, Dr. Ryan Holmbeck. I was his last appointment for the day, and felt like he was just trying to rush me out. He didn’t even address the issue I came in for. I will now have to look for another podiatrist to address my problem. Total waste of my time & money.
Record & print everything! They lie, do not properly document anything, are incapable of properly filling out a referralMelissa s. The 9nly person there who does them put down medications you are Not taking, infection pouring out of a wound is documented as very little to not at all, incorporate yours & other people's chart together. Lie, omg the petty lies there are very few drs here that are good! It seems they are getting rid of the older experienced drs & replacing them with younger, liars.... i do feel i should call back fox news so they can warn people about the neglance & harrassment that goes on here! You should check-out employees views of this place!!!Dr. George poulette is part of this team, he refuses to put in writing what he says, so he is 100% untrustworthy, he puts wrong medication on your chart, incapable of filling out a simple referal when they're told line per line what should be there!!! All this to justify what dr. David knight & his Milwaukee buddies did to a cancer paient! They tried to convince her by harrassment & lies that she had no choice but to go through prolonged unnecessary treatment. And they were her only hope. When she refused, they lied and said her cancer was removed!!! Hmmm if if it were removed, why would it still be listed as an active issue by the dr.who did not remove it all... I believe this level of neglance is borderlineing attempting murder... Do not tell me to call your paient relations.. we all know that is nothing more than a way for you to cover up issues so you wont be sued
Jennifer Takata, D.O. gave medical advice to my aging mother, telling her that the COVID-19 vaccine causes many people to suddenly drop dead, which is demonstrably false. This is medical malpractice. Dr Takata is clearly a FOXNEWS watching conspiracy theorist who has no business putting vulnerable people in harm's way. Go elsewhere. Find a doctor who knows what they're talking about. If my mother is hurt or worse by COVID-19 after this, I am putting the blame squarely on Dr Takata's shoulders. Two thumbs way down.
Podiatry did surgery on my ankle, had me walking in 3 months with a shoe and a flimsy brace, told the doc I couldn't walk, he took xrays and told me the third metatarsal had a stress fracture, radiology said the rod fell. Still waiting for the guy to tell me the rod fell! It has been fifteen months and went to to other doctors with custom boot, long term brace and custom shoes for the rest of my life!! Maybe the podiatrist should quit PRACTICING, you Deserve negative 5 stars!!!!
This was my first time visiting this hospital not a fan of hospitals really as a patient in a long time, but everyone there made it such a calm and smooth process. They were all very professional while still providing a focused and compassionate patient care experience. Hopefully you won't need to visit the ER, but if you do one day, just know you'll be in excellent hands with the wonderful staff here!
This hospital can be great sometimes with staff, but when it comes to their billing department they don't help patients. They say they work with them no they don't they expect you to pay what they want not with what you have. That's why my health got worse I don't want to go there and accumulate a bill because how their system is. They need to have more compassion to patients that are making an effort to pay their bill. Ugh I think I'm going to switch hospital, the actual froedert hospital doesn't treat their patients like this.
This place is RIDICULOUS!!! In 2021 my wife was diagnosed with stage IV Melanoma. We have paid thousands of dollars out of pocket and the insurance has paid over a million dollars to this hospital. My wife was put on disability and our income dropped significantly so we set up a payment plan that the hospital agreed on of $200/mo. A few months later they contacted us and said it wasn't enough and we had to start paying $350/mo. This was not possible and now they sent us to collections. They harass people that pay their bills and want to drain them dry, but the freeloaders get off without paying a dime. We loved all the doctors and nurses. It is unfortunate that they work for such a corrupt and greedy organization.
NBC news finally released an investigative report on this hospitals billing practices with one case involving a doctor from Chicagoland that got heftily overcharged. You can do a search using keywords Pleasant Prairie hospital billing overcharge news. The Kenosha branch is just the same book, different chapter. I don't like management here, and some medical staff, if any seem rude, are likely frustrated or discontented. Never accept charges at face value, question them. For a small fee you can consult an outside billing code expert near you, then dispute the charge, and if they won't budge, pay the small charge for filing a simple small claims court appearance at the courthouse ...ask for the small court fee and the billing code expert fee be returned along with the overcharge and any punitive damage that may apply to you, as the overcharge practice here is becoming a well established fact.
We went into the walk in 30 minutes before they closed because of a cut that needed stitches. The PA gave lidocaine shots in the wound before stitching but instead of waiting for the lido to take effect she instantly started stitching and the procedure was very painful. The wound needed double the stitches that were placed and the stitches were very far apart causing the wound to continue to bleed and gap open the following days. We had to go to a PCP to fix this mistake. They also left a lot of coagulated and dried blood all over the hand and palm that we had to clean off. They forgot to give the Tdap vaccine and we had to call and go back after they closed and the nurse placed the shot too high on the arm. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had and I believe it is because they want to just get us out so they could go home. We will never go back to this location and only did because this was the only walk in open on New Year’s Day at the time.
