I've been with this company for over 4 yes total in between leaving before. I must say the guy Walter is a great guy at heart, just he's surrounded by unprofessional employees there. I just wanted to add another car to policy and it's been over a week I've been trying after a vehicle I had purchase that I needed to insure in a timely matter or application would void and deal won't be any more and bank would take car back. I was hung up on, put on hold for over 2 hrs as I was working is why I had time to wait. After the wait , I realized it was after closing hours. "Wow", did she forget i was on hold. Besides they gave me unaffordable rates. Sometimes u have to work hard to keep valuable customers.

It’s been well over one year since I filed my taxes with Edward from United and now Tony is trying to help me by making me do all the work to get my 2020 taxes. Trust me when I say this me and all my family will never use his services

I had to rate this USELESS company one star in order to submit this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This is the worst company to do business with. Eddie is extremely incompetent not to mention the 2 ladies in the office, they cant read or write, yet alone give you accurate information, they lack professionalism and they should not be in business.

Great group of people, they help you so much and explain in details all my questions.

Have the office hours change

“UNITED TAX SERVICES” DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THIS COMPANY!!!! They advertise that they do taxes but then months later it’s never done. This is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. They don’t ever come to the phone or reply to emails. Eddie stayed he was doing my taxes multiple times and now it’s 4 months later and they’re not done & he is no where to be found. They have zero professionalism and they should not be in business.
