Represented a good friend as the seller at a closing. Expect a 3+ hour closing. United was terrible to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone. Documents and checks showed up an hour after the scheduled closing time, which made me late for my client's purchase closing. Required completely unnecessary documents and information and had me completing documents with information they already had. The notary that they sent to close was pleasant enough but her hands were tied as she had to communicate with completely unreasonable folks back at the mother ship. By the end of the closing, all sides in the transaction were red in the face yelling at the UMF representative on the other side of the notary's phone. Stay away. Stay very far away.
