Very good experience from start to finish. Initial consult and estimate were easy; rep had a solid options, walked me through differences, and prompt follow up with pricing. Installation took a while because technician was very thorough. Install was really well done, perfectly aligned, quality work, and cleaned up thoroughly. Thought the price was incredibly reasonable too. Would highly recommend.
Mechanic was there on time and completed job. The only issue I have was when I spoke with the party that gave the estimate, he said the finish wood they would use to repair door jamb would come primed which is a better grade wood. What the mechanic brought was unprimed cheaper pine wood. The clean up wasn’t great, the job was completed. After speaking with company about my displeasure about the cheaper wood, I was told someone would come out and redo the job. Since I had already sanded, primed, and painted the wood jamb, the company then offered a rebate which I accepted. Thank you for handling the matter promptly & professionally.
I used united about twenty years ago and my garage doors are still in great shape , I also had them do a garage door for my Son they are always very professional, just bumped into my garage door and took the door of its track overhead came out next day , the technician was on time and got the job done .
We needed our bay door waterproofed and sealed. The technicians quickly advised as to what needed to be done and performed the task quickly Have not had a problem since they completed the job. I highly recommend United Overhead Doors

I’ve had United come twice now for two different jobs. Both times they did a great job. Price was competitive. Would have no reason to go elsewhere at this point based on my experience.
Had overhead techs at my facility a few hours after my initial call. They assessed the repair needs and applied a temporary fix to secure our building, the door wouldn’t close the last two feet or so due to a broken torsion spring. Big door, too. 20’ wide x12’w. They got it down, and returned the next morning, and now the door operates smooth as silk. Very happy.
