I bough a used Hobart mixer from them at a great price! Service was excellent!, they helped me load the mixer into my van and were very cautious and careful! On top of that I was shown that the equipment was working great! George was very helpful and made sure the mixer was safe in the van. I really appreciate all their help and great customer service! Will be back for more equipment! 10/10
They are an old and well established company. I came in looking for used equipment for a nonprofit I now work in. Once I announced what I was looking for they seemed to lose interest in my sale. I had ike the selection but the service could be better.
I've been buying from United for years. They have great advice, excellent products and stand behind their sales. It might be tempting to shop around, but you'll end up coming back here because they do it right. They don't cut corners, they don't try to sell you more than you need; they will install what they sell and take care of you. It's worth the extra money for the peace of mind. I won't go anywhere else.

Great spot for hard to find cooking items. Massive selection of professional restaurant supply items, and mostly cater to pros. However they do accept retail walk in at this location. Check out the gently used section for some great values. Make sure items will fit in your oven...
Great selection, good people. Prices more on the retail side, I find the convenient location makes it worth the price.
