Terrible staff at this location, we went to submit passport application and was 10 min late, but we reserved two time slots. The lady at the front desk won’t even process one for us even though we reserved two consecutive slots. It it the last time will ever go to this location.
So. I just got a call from the postmaster and the package was BEHIND the house I hadn't thought about that, wise for porch piracy. Five stars for quick response and figuring out a better way to deal with stolen packages.
They've been more friendly and efficient in the last year. Before I had nothing but negative reviews for this place and employees.
I have a small issue with one of my packages, they delivered it to a drop box with a key--which is fine. But the key that they gave me doesn't fit in any of the drop boxes. I have tried to calling to resolve the issue I work 8-5 Monday-Friday the majority of today. Over 10 calls None of my calls have been picked up by a person.
I regularly drop off prepaid packages at this post office and it consistently takes 36-48 hours for them to be scanned in and start tracking. This is so frustrating for someone selling items online where shipping dates and times matter!
Twilight zone out here. I’ve lived in 10 cities and never in my life encountered mail service like this. I cannot even believe they can operate by any standards of the USPS. First 4 years here it was a 50/50 chance of getting your mail in town. Moved out of city limits and got an amazing carrier and I actually for the first time in 4 years, received our mail!! Now all of a sudden the last month, I’m getting multiple neighbors mail at least 4 days a week and I’ve had multiple missing packages again they need to shut this place down and reopen with all new staff and start from scratch
I just heard that the package was BEHIND the house. Maybe a good solution for porch pirates? Good solution!
There used to not be any issues getting my packages delivered. I live in a house behind a duplex and all the units are numbered and easy to see. I've had 3 skipped packages in a row because of the new person on my route. It's really not that hard to find my house because ups and fed ex can find it just fine. These guys are gonna get an earful tomorrow when I have to take time out my day to go pick up my package because your courier can't do their job
Never had a problem with this delivery service until recently. Almost always had my packages delivered on time until recently when a little bit of rain was added into the mix. Suddenly 3 of my packages have been marked as "door/driveway was not accessible" when there was nothing on the porch, and no cars in my driveway. Its Washington, you should always be expecting rain. Carry an umbrella and do your job.
Terrible. We stopped receiving USPS package last December even when we were all home on Saturday. Sometimes, we didn't even receive the notice or the package was lost. Maybe our driveway's too narrow for the new delivery person to turn around, although UPS never have had any issue so far aren't their truck much bigger?. One star is for those nice people at the office where I need to go every Saturday morning to pick packages up.
