All the standards. EXCEPT impossible to find with very bad marking for drivers. what's the deal did somebody forget to put signs up showing people how to get there and where to go it's not easy to say how complicated it is it's just damned impossible. And one wonders why a private advertising newspaper is piled up inside?
Does not answer the phone! Has not delivered any mail to our home mailbox in the entire year we’ve been there with zero resolution from management!
Carmen is the nicest employee I’ve encountered at any post office. I’ve been coming here for years and every time I see her she has a warm and friendly smile on her face. Great costumer service

Our downtown post office is busy! I sell on eBay and Etsy, the postal workers have made a secure drop off area for us online sellers to avoid adding us to the lines to simply drop off a preposted package. The staff are always super helpful also!!
The employees here will do anything to not have to do their job. I have a post office box there my packages are never put in a bigger box and a key given to me in my box it’s always inconvenient I always have to go in during their office hours to pick up my stuff then they wanna act like it’s a big ordeal to give me my mail half the time they don’t even have it they’ve lost it. Now they suddenly have changed the lobby hours from 24 hour access to some absurd hours that aren’t even within peoples working habits. I have been unable to get my mail for a week because I work opposite hours in their lobby is not open. Worst mistake ever putting my post office box in Capitola I’m going toTransfer somewhere else that’s more accommodating.
What a peaceful location! Probably because it’s really easy to miss the office since it’s hidden and the signage is super poor. But once you know where this place even is, getting help from one of the clerks works out well. Helpful and nice. Had enough stamps that I needed when there’s usually not enough at the Downtown location.
I love this USPS branch. It has the USPS kiosk which is absolutely a lifesaver for me. I work m-f 9-6 and dabble with selling on eBay and Etsy and have almost zero time during the week to get to a branch during business hours. The kiosk is always open and I can buy stamps, mail packages, weigh my letters and get all my postal needs out of the way! Plus this branch is right off the freeway and centrally located between work and home. Thanks, USPS!
Frank Kaehler - I have numerous dealings with the post office itself. The people working there have been uniformly helpful and courteous. I truly appreciate their help. As far as mail delivery goes, I only experience their deliveries where I work. Katie is excellent. Always cheerful always prompt. I pleasure to see her, even if she is delivering bills. LOL
I've had numerous orders purchase from different companies eBay, Amazon, costume costumes and it seems like their shipping process is very slow. The online tracking is outdated. I once checked for my package delivery date it said Friday but no delivery and then the date would change that went for a good 2 weeks. And it's not THAT far Atlanta to Santa Cruz plus I've paid 2 day and 3 day delivery more like "whenever I pull over to the mail box in 2 or so weeks" delivery. Good people but bad business
