Horrible awareness of what packages say on them, I was supposed to be able to pick up my package this morning, but they said it was out for delivery. I waited for it to be delivered for me to find out that the mail man was right in front of my door with the package and decided to take it back because he didn’t read that the package said hold at post office. Also I have footage of him flipping my package around when there were live animals in there, they were just feeder roaches but still makes me angry with how they see live animals and decide to do that. I ended up taking 2 trips to the post office to just find out that I would have to wait til the end of the day so they can call me to pick my package up at the post office. Very disappointed, and wish I didn’t have to make a review.
I have had nothing but great service at this location. The customer service agents at the counter are always very helpful - thank you.
My mom and I went earlier at the post office regarding on renewing my sisters passport, there's this girl thats kinda rude. We we're asking things just to clarify our problem and she's being rude to us. Wish you could hire another clerk who always smile and not being rude
My mom and I have experienced this skinny tattooed clerk who stands at the right hand side of the table when you go to the entrance. This person has been telling us that the letter "only takes A stamp" after I asked how many stamps does a certain letter takes. She's been talking down on us as if she was either a racist or has hatred towards African Americans like myself and my mother. I believe that particular clerk is a racist and that does not make a good impression on the people. This place acted as if it would rather process immigration paperwork instead of serving the people. I had it with that location . Even the Shafter location has much nicer and considerate employees and Shafter is probably less than 2 percent black.
I went to my passport appt today & the 2 young latina ladies that where there were very nice & helpful...Really helped me with my & my children's passports
Never returning again. Pass port hours sign said 9-2pm because she said today they are short handed in staff they were unable to assist us. The post office was empty and it was 12:45 when we arrived from Bakersfield.
Would put -zero hours. Purchased an item that was sent via the wasco post office. Tracking number shows wasco post office received it on or about July 3, 2018. Appears that they delievered it to the wrong address. Now they will not call back or even let us talk to anyone in charge. Seems the supervisor/postmaster are NEVER in or available.
For 2 days I have had mail to be picked up . My mail is still I. Mail box My red flag had been up intacting mail picked up. Mail person hasn't even stopped to take mail
I've been waiting on the same piece of mail since February. Had to have it mailed 4 times so far and they keep returning it. All the junk mail gets through, but not the important stuff. I've called to tell them, left messages, left notes for the carrier in my mailbox, and they keep returning it!! Deliver my mail, it's your only job!!!
I live out in the country and I won’t get my mail on days because of a route that doesn’t let them get off their cars. I will end up going 3 days without getting mail.
