people are rude and useless. called up there over missing mail and the lady just sat there on the phone in silence, then proceeded to say she couldn’t help me.
Always helpful when figuring out best way to send letters & packages. Thorough. Attentive & friendly.
Held mail and deliveries for my month away. Pickup and service resumed as agreed. Thank you.
They deliver the mail alright. Not always to the right mail box but close enough right.
The old lady who works the front desk, needs to be fired. Her attitude is absolutely unacceptable. She doesn't need to be in there getting paid to snap at people, and make rude comments. She makes it impossible to get anything accomplished in there. It's a shame to see people like her, being allowed to ruin this town with their negativity. Fire her, and the problem will be solved.
Just Moved to Seymour from Scottsburg and had my mail forwarded. However the first amazon package to be delivered was supposedly held at the post office "under my request" I called and spoke to a gentleman on the morning of Saturday October 24th and he was extremely rude and unhelpful there was tons of background noise and the guy continued to yell at me cause he couldn't hear and finally just said WE WILL GET IT OUT TODAY and hung up on me. This hopefully is not going to continue being an issuer due to the large amount of things I get from amazon.
Waiting on very important mail scanned it in yesterday morning even had a picture of it and still have not received it today.
associate that I talked to today was arrogant. I was hoping to see her smiling even when she tries tp deliver a bad news to a customer. She just talks policy and it feels like it’s always a big NO to her face. Too bad I get to experience this today.
One guy, named Drew has helped us twice now. We have had mail problems quite a few times in our lives because we are renters and keep moving around. So we have worked with several clerks and post masters to compare against, but this guy actually really invested true effort into resolving our latest issue, 12 days of missing held mail. We are impressed with this Drew guy: the people ahead of us had a language barrier and we watched how kindly he offered better solutions for them to ship clothes to their family and his patience in dealing with them. We had already been in and out of this office 3 times trying to track down our 12 days of missing mail, and if it weren't for this guy, it would still be missing, it was there the whole time but it was hard to see as it had been pushed back somewhere, it had been suggested by another worker that we had received no mail during that hold time. Everyone else had looked for our mail, but this guy REALLY looked, and he found it. We had also worked with him back in March 2015, and were impressed with him then too, but it took this recent issue to leave feedback. Drew gets 5 stars, the office itself gets 3, average comes to 4.
Thank you to all the USPS employees that assisted in locating my package from California . You all went above and beyond in helping me. With gratitude , Chris Owen .
