My package had the wrong address and was being returned to sender. I emailed them and not only did they respond quickly but they went looking for my package and within 24 hours they found it and redelivered it. It was a Christmas present. Great job Norco
This is crazy. Only one person working here for both passport and mailing service. Lines are extremely long. We have 10am appointment for passport application. The worker left the appointment line but working on the no appointment line. Why do you accept appointment since you do not have worker here?
Opens at 8… been standing in line for 30 minutes and probably going to be another 15-20 minutes. Why open and have only 1 employee working for now what is nearly 40 minutes. If a business opens it shouldn’t be at 1/4 capacity. Been coming here for years cuz it’s next to work and man I even regret that. How is it at 2.5 eating as an average? And not lower
ONLY One staff behind the counter on December 18. Waiting for 3 full hours, 10.30-13.30, to get to counter just to meet: 1. The lady staff who’s either having a bad day or dislike her job 2. Putting blame on customer who didn’t sign the paper for holding up the line she stepped aside and let other customers proceed… 3. Low quality customer service Please have supervisor or manager oversee and help improve the service please Thank you
I came to renew my passport and the lady who was responsible for passport department helped me a lot. Another employee also helped to filled out the form and they were very helpful and kind. This is one of the postal service offices that I had a good experience. Thank you
The line may be long but the service was great!
Passport services was great. Quick and easy with an appointment and the staff member even photocopied a document when I forgot to bring the copy. Make sure to have all required documents on hand at the very least.
Pick up window closed in December.??? Sucks! 30 people in line and ONE person worrying the counter. Government at its finest. I gotta change to a box at UPS
I am going to air a grievance against the Corona USPS today as a business owner and a customer. I have requested for over a year and a half for them to put a postal key rather than a card in my box when I receive sporadically a package. I could count on my fingers within that time frame how many times this had happen even with a note attach to my box. This particular branch closes at 4:30 during the weekdays and 1 on Saturdays. Do you know to this day they still give me a yellow card even after I have spoken to a supervisor on the phone, email them and spoke with multiply supervisor in person. One supervisor insisted that he can't control or tell his staff what to do because they are union. On two separate occasions by a supervisor and staff; suggested I should buy a bigger box buy something bigger because you might get a package?, that I should send my mail to my home address privacy?, and that the post office don't have the capacity to hold mail outside of the mailbox they have general mail for the homeless?, and that I have paid for re-occurring every three months a mailbox consistent income for USPS?. One person even told me it’s a privilege while empty boxes with keys hang on the wall. Even during this pandemic last year when they require a mask inside there was no concern for the safety and welfare of the customers. There were no monitors and they still gave you a yellow card in your box and you stood beside someone who was not social distancing and or wearing a mask when the pandemic was in full force. How hard is it to just put a key in the box? According to what I have experience and witness while waiting for 15 plus minutes for someone to even respond when you’re picking up parcel at that singular door to the side of the purchasing desk, I believe the USPS staff think it is funny and placing a key in your mailbox is going beyond the scope of their job.
I'm super disappointed. I had a box of old navy clothes for kids delivered today. As I grabbed the box to bring in the whole box fell apart and all of the clothes fell on the floor. Couldn't they tape the bottom at least?? And now I'm missing a package
