I haven't been receiving my mail and I don't understand why? I know there are Christmas cards I haven't received as well as time sensitive bills that if aren't paid on time can result in cancelation of service or late fees? What is going on? Thank you for your help.
The female mail carrier that was delivering in Westmont on Penn Avenue yesterday September 26th 2022 Delivered mail to my 91 yr old handicapped grandfathers house, there is a sign on his door asking not to throw it on the floor, to sit it on the box and she tossed it on the floor, he asked her to come back and after refusing she finally did and she picked it up and threw it on the box, didn't speak to him or apologize. Hire better workers.
So I had two packages out for delivery for Amazon that was shipping by you guys and instead of delivering it to the front lobby of HGAC/Commonwealth Techinal Institute it said that you guys hanged on to the package even though the business wasn't closed you were supposed to deliver it to the front lobby because three other packages for my other student peers were delivered yesterday so somethings up. Even Hersheys post office wouldn't mess up this bad.
Just watched the mail truck fly past the house on a private, dead end road and almost hit my dog, not just once! But 4! Times !! In a matter of minutes! Can’t call to report the driver but it was on October 18, 2022 and the time was between 15:00-15:30 the truck number was 720396. If this fool does it again ever, I will file a formal complaint.
I wish these postal people would read the address on the package. I live in the rear of the address which is clearly marked on package and house. I consistently get their items or they get mine. Four years plus, still happening.
The post office itself is fine. Since our old mailman hasn't been on our route. Some of these new guys haven't been delivering our ads as usual. I had a package end up 2 houses down and today the mailman just threw my mail onto the porch without putting it in my mailbox. One was an important piece of mail from my bank. I would love to have our old mailman back or get us one that respects our mail. Also our mail is arriving later and later. Update; another new mailman in Roxbury? Same issue as before. Bring the mailmen back we had last year or our old mailman Kevin. Now my door or mailbox is inaccessible. My mailbox is open, my screen door where my mailbox is always unlocked. There is a note on my window saying it sticks.
Our mail carrier JoAnn was amazing. I never got to tell her in person but if you see this -- JoAnn you were the actual best and I hope you are enjoying your retirement!! Thank you for hoofing our packages onto our porch -- I know those steps suck and we are millennials so I know they were always coming. You are so sweet and your absence is felt. I know several other members on Frankstown Road that miss you dearly. Enjoy your golden years!
The best post office i have ever been to never had a problem that wasnt my own fault and they always are happy to help
Deplorable and discourteous! I'm sick of the bullying! I'm tired of the run around. I gave you what you needed. You told me to return today to get my mail. I did and you claimed to not have it! You did the same to my injections from the VA not to long ago that needed to be refrigerated. You ruined over $ 1000 dollars worth of medication that the VA had to replace. Enough is enough! I will report you again on Monday I obviously can't trust your word, an I'm not coming in their and coming unglued so that I become the bullying buffoons that you are. But I will call up your chain until this never happens to anyone else ever again. You all seem to enjoy being mockingly ridiculous to people. It has to end!
My mail and packages are rarely delivered promptly. Package tracking is always incorrect, and some packages are marked as undeliverable even though I'm home awaiting the item. I've noticed "undeliverable packages" usually occurr on a Friday and this is a pattern. I usually try to receive delivery of parcels ANY other way but sometimes isn't an option. As I'm writing this now, a tracked package has been shown as delivered to my mailbox ISN'T. I truly hope the u.s. mail is privatized and soon, because any other business model operating in this way would face extinction. There was a time when the mail was as regular as rain, these times are over.
