Our postal carriers are pretty good. They are polite and do there jobs fairly well. The only complaint I have is that if they have no mail to drop off, they do not check to see if I have mail to send out. Sometimes my mail will sit in the box for nearly a week before the carrier picks it up.
Even after making a formal report we continue to have missing packages and most of my packages have also been obviously opened slightly clean slices through packaging tape. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be filling out another formal complaint. The delivery drivers have no regards for other peoples things and are so bold to just steal. Obviously they have continued to get away with it regardless of reports so why stop?
If I could give a negative star I would. Waited in line forever to send a priority letter. One clerk who moved like a snail. No back up clerk. Scary to think they handle our business. I agree someone higher up in management needs to come and revamp this office. Worst I've ever had to deal with.
We had several issues with this post office, but I was able to talk to our carrier and get things straightened out. I’m very happy with our carrier and the efforts he’s now making to deliver our mail and packages. Thank you Hobbs USPS!!
We have had so many packages end up missing since December. The mail lady picks a random mailbox for each of our mail on the property and we have to play tag but some other packages don’t show up at all if they are delivered by USPS. I have had to go hunting to the near by businesses as well to retrieve mail.
Like this all the time where are the three stong lady’s at don’t go around 11am-2:30 if you want to stand might help if people know how to mail a letter to
I've been trying to send mail out since the beginning of the month, and it hasn't been picked up. I'm not sure how a mail carrier misses a red flag on a MAILBOX. It's literally their whole job. Good thing I'm not trying to pay bills, or else everything would've been shut off!
Our mail lady always gives us somebody else's mail. Now the neighbors across the street are messing with our mailbox. We have been waiting for packages but our neighbors probably got them.
The worst ! I haven’t received my packages in ages and when I go up there and ask why they don’t deliver them, they give you the run around and argue with you, basically if the mail carrier “feels like it” he’ll leave your packages. So it doesn’t matter either way if you order something online you still have to go pick it up at the post office. Not to mention the customer service is awful. I’d give them 0 stars if it was an option.
The people at the post office are friendly and helpful! The people that run my route have always been on time 99% of the time this location is great, the only reason I didn't give a 5 star was due to the outdated systems the post office in the United States has in general but besides that a great office!
