This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Horrible costumer service, one of the guys seems bothered when he has to look for a package. Another one seems like he does not know whats going or is to lazy to do his job and gives you stupid advice to continue to wait for yoir package at home. Clearly there is an issue with it that is why it was not delivered in the first place as instructed on the attempted delivery notice. I hate having to go to this post office. Honestly they need to hire new people that really want to do their job with a pleasant attitude.
After being told to move my mailbox post outside of my property onto the sidewalk, they then told me to move it back inside and I did but they won't deliver my mail. Hope you mail service delivery workers get fired and find some other job you'll actually put some effort in.
The two times I’ve come here to send off a package, I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The Asian lady who attended me on my second visit was the only decent person working there in my experience. I used to think that the older Asian man was discourteous, but after being attended by the older African-American man, I’m now seeing that the former was probably just tired and not having the best day that day which is understandable considering how irritating some customers can be. That being said, the latter was so condescending and clearly lacking in his customer service skills. It was my first time sending a package and I had no knowledge of the process and upon asking questions, he would continuously roll his eyes and talk down to me. I understand how infuriating customer service can be, however, when you’re being polite and the other person is making it clear that they have little to no desire to be of assistance, it’s very disheartening. I always like to give people in customer service the benefit of the doubt and try to understand their plight, but I really hope this person evaluates themselves and hopefully changes their approach because it may create an issue in the future with a more-demanding customer.
Older African American clerk is very rude with condescending attitude. Needs to be fired or at least go back to customer service training. I went in with my sister to to send a package and being that it was my first time I didn’t know what was the procedure and had questions. He was extremely rude to my sister and myself. He must really hate his job but don’t take it out on someone who just wants information. The second clerk, and older Asian man was extremely nice and helpful.
Don’t bother asking the managers for help or to file a complaint. Go online and email the US Postmaster General. The customer service at this location is the worst service ever, management is horrific. The only way I was able to get assistance is going directly to the Postmaster General, they ask the district manager to take care of my case. The black lady and man who are supposed to be management are ghetto and rude. Don’t waste your time with them!!
Older African man is rude. The only nice and professional one is the Asian lady. She has great patience for people and their complex needs. Other workers make the experience unpleasant.
Only one phone call Monday with a vm to verify the address because the status was “no such number” although the sender showed proof of correct address affixed on the package. I returned 2 calls, one later that day that went straight to voicemail and another the next as busy. One call attempt- no other attempts of contacting me again after Monday. And the package is returned to the sender the next day, Tuesday. Unbelievable.
I just moved to this townhouse for 3weeks and my packages were sent to different addresses 2times already. Fortunately, they came to my house and returned the packages. I realized that wasn't happened just to me. In fact, I just helped an old lady who was wondering in front of my house trying to look for the right package owner to return. I am waiting for an important package, n I hope it will be delivered to my address. Omg.....someone please takes care of this......
Horrible customer service. Went to send a package for the first time and the old African American guy was super rude and not helpful at all. He refuse to give me a receipt so I took my package back and wasn’t able to ship it. Also there was a customer who didn’t speak English and he was extremely rude to her. He needs to be fire!!
Whoever delivers mail to euclid and hazard area keeps putting my mail half way in the box and half out the box. People can just grab it and i have lots of kids walking home that randomly rings my door bell and runs and messes around and they also would steal my mail. Train ur staff and have a staff meeting. Tell them to put the mail in properly because this is happening everyday where my mail is sticking half in half out and my fuse is running short. If this keeps happening from today on im going to have to take some action and it aint gonna be pretty.
