TERRIBLE , HORRIBLE, DISGUISTING SERVICE- WENT FOR AN APPLICATION FOR A PASSPORT , LADY BY THE LAST NAME BENAVIDEZ HAD TERRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS , NOT HELPFUL WHAT SO EVER---NEEDS TO BE REPLACED
Bad Service . . . . went in to pick up a package and they completely ignored me for ten minuets. Very disappointing. :

Woman at the counter is rude to everyone. Doesn't want to accept anyone's packages to send out. She wants everyone to pay for new labels and postage due to them "losing money". Very rude. Needs to get fired. Went to the post office a town over and they accepted my package without a problem.
"lady" who answered the phone was really rude, did not want to help me what so ever. People like that should not be working there and should get fired. Not only has it been on the phone but also when I go in person. If they dont want to work there or they are having bad day that is not the customers fault THEY NEED TO GET REPLACED!!!
Yes they kinda rude and and also closed couples minute early and other post office closed little later is not everybody get out after 4 or 5 everybody still working on that time they should closed more later
I have dealt with the folks at this post office on numerous occasions regarding the mess of a move to the area. On every occasion they were helpful, friendly, and more than accommodating. Honestly probably some of the nicest postal workers I have ever dealt with.
Lost my package had to file a claim, now have to deal with the hassle of filing a Claim. They have left packages in my box before that belong to another address so I believe that is what happened they left my package in the wrong box. Shows on tracking that it was delivered......yeah in the wrong box!
Am able to pickup package the day it arrives. So far haven't had any issues. Been using their service for years.
They deliver your packages 3 days later when it arrives, slow process in sorting and delivery. They need to work faster, they are so slow.
