I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service we have received from the local post office has been appalling to say the least. Starting when I was deployed overseas, I came back and cleared out snow as best as possible, everything accessible, even for lower cars but according to them there was too much of a "ridge" to get at our box. If the package requires a signature we're better off going down there to get it even though we'll get told it's on the truck and not there. They will say they "attempted" to deliver the package even though I'm positive they just drive away such as the other day when they "attempted" to deliver and said no one was home even I was outside all day in clear view! Or the fact there is always someone home 24/7. I've had issues receiving important documents from the military and the VA as well as expensive personal packages. The woman at the office doesn't care and almost seems like she enjoys it and is one of the most difficult people I've ever had to deal with. I had better luck receiving mail overseas then I do at my own house which is hard to believe. Not sure if they dislike veterans or if it's some game for them but I've never had this many problems anywhere else I've lived. If you need to ship anything, I'd take it somewhere else to be sure it gets delivered.
They helped me with a package when I lived all the way over here in Los Angeles and helped with tracking my package when there was a scam. A lady named Aretha helped me report to authorities asap and helped me retrieve my package back. They were very helpful.
The worst customer service I have experienced!! Poorly trained people. Even with proof if a written a mailing quote, they would not honor price quoted.
