Id give 0 stars if allowed. This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with. We moved into a new building house, stopped that the office to find out how we setup our mail. We were given a paper on how to setup our mailbox We were never once told by anyone that you have to get added to the delivery route itself via 'the red books'. We stopped by in person and spoke to Frank- he never called. The post master Angle was supposed to call as well- still no call from him either. We PROPERLY forwarded our mail and had confirmed it was entered into the system. We're now going on 2 MONTHS of not having our mail forwarded. This office is completely incompetent. Our only positive experience has been our mail carrier.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This has to be one of the worst postal services I’ve ever dealt with. They are not helpful at all and won’t even go and see if your package is there. Instead, they rather tippy tap on their computers to figure out where your package is. My package was supposed to be here on Saturday, but my leasing office was closed so they could not deliver it. Ok cool I understand that. BUT then Monday came and I was supposed to get it then so I go to my leasing office and guess what! It’s not there! I went up to the postal office TWO separate times, including today, and no one has helped me. As stated above, they rather tippy tap on computers than go and see if your package is there. They claim that it was supposedly delivered on Monday, but if that was the case I wouldn’t be coming up there on a Thursday trying to find my package! The lady literally looked at me and said “oh well it was delivered to you on Monday.” Ok?????? So why don’t I have it then and why am I up here if I had my package delivered???? I even went to my leasing office before hand to see if they had it because I had some hope! Nope, not there at all. I just want my package dude.
I rarely have problems with my local post office and if I do it's nothing that can't be resolved with the great individuals who work there. I feel they go above and beyond for me sometimes and I've definitely taken note of that. It's always a pleasure getting my mail delivered with them.
Have ordered 4 packages, only 1/4 made it on the first try. Out of those 3, 2 made it on the second try after I made a claim. Still waiting on the fourth one! USPS already claimed they delivered it to my house twice, still waiting on it.
USPS deserves the rating they have. I came home after a hard day to get a package I’ve been waiting for only to find some genius put it in my apartment box instead of a parcel locker. So now I can’t get my package until the USPS employee that delivered it removes it from the side they put packages in. This why private postal services exist because USPS struggles with the simple things.
Everytime I go to pick up a package it's always ruined or never there when it's supposed to be there. Then they hound you about money to renew your membership and constantly call they constantly texted constantly email not a fan of that at all. My package is the big thing I've been with this post office a year now and they still continue to send my stuff back to the sender. Which I order from the same cinder all the time so I don't understand why you would keep sending my stuff back. If I didn't happen to have a post office box I definitely wouldn't have one. I'm going to pick up a package this should have been there yesterday hopefully it's there
This post office has been a train wreck for the last 10 years. Im still having packages left in the rain. I even had a 5’ long package left at my mailbox laying flat on the ground. I have filed numerous complaints. Nothing changes.
mail not delivered Alert Awaiting Delivery Scan but then next day no attempt at all to deliver as well as many other issues with mail being carried to the local post office but they do not bother to send it out till the next day or later and that is when the packages come into the post office by 4 a.m calling is useless it just rings a lot then some one picks up and hangs up tried many times same thing at local office had to use 800 number and was told it would be a wait time of 31-48 minutes to get some one poor service all around.
I order my packages from amazon. And if my packages have a delivery day of Sunday the carrier marks my packages as delivery attempted when they didn’t even come to my store. All businesses are not closed on Sunday.
They got lost two packages already, when I went to the post office the lady told me I had to fill a claim, sending packages or receiving from usps it's a nightmare!!!!!
