I just spoke with Dan Powers, a Supervisor out of the Milton/Pace USPS, and wish to commend him on his SUPERIOR customer service!!! Not only is he one of the nicest human beings I've EVER spoken with, I feel confident that he will help the carrier find our package, and have the package placed in our hands very soon. As of today, I've called 4 times with official complaints because they either put the flag down and LEAVE my outgoing mail THEN put new mail on top of outgoing mail .. never taking the mail I had placed to go. NOW, it's almost 4pm... I put my mother's mother's day card in at 720am on the way to doctors... I get home and the flags still up and mail not taken. Do we even HAVE a competent postal service?? This is wild to read bad reviews like mine.
We've had several missing packages over the last 5 years that we've lived here. I've had items marked delivered when they weren't, missing birthday cards, missing wedding invitations everyone in my family is still unforgiving of my absence at the wedding, missing Amazon gifts, etc.
If you are having prescriptions delivered to your house. You will most likely die before they get there due to being “lost” “no one there” the list of excuses goes on and on. USPS would not exist if it was not back by tax payer dollars. It has absolutely horrible service where in a free market it would never survive. It exemplifies what happens when the government tries to run a business
Shipped a package to my daughter and it was returned to me as undeliverable. Funny Amazon didn't seem to have a problem finding her address but the United States Postal Service can't be bothered to delivery a package. This is just pathetic.
Guys I had a package that was supposed to be received a day before Easter and it said that they could not enter my residence this was not true. I work from home and in a place where I can't have a phone I type in the tracking number and all I see is this endpoint are you guys going to deliver my package or did you? I really would like to speak to a real person
I watched a mail carrier on our ring camera throw 5 packages on our porch 4 of which were from different addresses all around my neighborhood. One of them was clearly medication, so it is concerning that they don’t seem to care. We are constantly missing mail or having neighbors bringing over mail that was delivered incorrectly to them. At this point it is neglectful.
I have lost all patience with these people. I paid to have my mailbox rekeyed on Monday. I was told it would be rekeyed no later than Wednesday. Thursday rolls around and nobody has showed up to rekey it. I call the general help line and file a complaint with the local post office. I actually get a call from them on Thursday evening, I guess their phones miraculously work when they need to make a outbound call. I was told that someone would for sure be out on Friday to rekey the box. Friday evening rolls around and surprise nobody has showed up!! It’s now Saturday and I’ve tried calling the office numerous times but get no answer. Now I get to drive up there and waste my time and gas to try to hopefully get my issue resolved.
This is the worst place for customer service period. The employees that get paid by us treat the customers like dirt. This branch needs new management!!!!! to clean up all the nasty employees that work there.
Absolutely terrible customer service. My mom has been missing for over a month, the police can’t find her, and the ashore that works here refused to even confirm if she has a P.O. Box here. These people are completely soulless unempathetic pieces of trash, don’t give them your business.
