Wow! Talk about customer service - the Provincetown Post Office rocks! I had an issue with my mailbox at my condo and I needed something that was inside. Erica hopped in her car, came right to my place, and resolved my little crisis immediately! Thank you so much!
My package was returned to sender because the address said Street instead of Ave and the team was not able to go the extra mile by holding it or contacting me or delivering it considering it was a minor mistake and everything else about the address was correct. Seems like everyone is new and lazy. Make sure your delivery address is correct because the crew at the Provincetown post office cannot put two and two together and cannot help at all if there is a slight mistake on an address. If the job isn't for you, move on or put yourself in someone's elses position if you can't afford to leave the job.. Would you want your package returned? I'm very disappointed and expected better performance and customer service.
This is hands down the best post office and staff hands down! Let's treat them with the kindness they deserve.

Wonderful, friendly people, just like the rest of the town. Boston PO explained how they couldn't help. Kathy at Provincetown not only helped but apologized for having to place me on hold to do so... what a nice change!
It has been over one week since mail has been delivered to our Provincetown address. The only excuse given is that there is a staff shortage. Inexcusable!! Time for management to manage this issue.
