I was walking out of my house and just because there was a car parked on my side of the street the driver of the van 0336794 drove right on BY and stopped at the neighbors mail box. NOW I KNOW WHY I HAVENT BEEN GETTING MAIL and I when I do it's usually late bills.
My recent encounters with the Chippewa Falls WI Post Office have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As someone who has a family member that relies on vital prescriptions being delivered through the mail, I expected a certain level of competence and care from the postal service. Regrettably, my experience revealed an overwhelmed system, a lack of critical thinking skills, and an apparent disregard for the importance of timely medication deliveries. One of the most alarming issues I encountered was the overwhelming volume of packages at the Chippewa Falls WI Post Office. It was evident that the staff was inundated with a high volume of deliveries, including essential medications. However, instead of implementing efficient systems to handle the influx of packages, it seemed that chaos and confusion prevailed. The disorganization was palpable, resulting in delays and misplaced items. Moreover, the lack of critical thinking skills exhibited by the staff was disheartening. When faced with challenges such as incomplete addresses or issues with tracking numbers, it was evident that the employees struggled to navigate these situations effectively. Instead of employing logical problem-solving techniques, they appeared to be ill-prepared and untrained to handle such scenarios. This lack of critical thinking skills further exacerbated the delays and complications in delivering vital medications. What truly concerned me was the apparent lack of care demonstrated by the Chippewa Falls WI Post Office regarding the urgency of prescription deliveries. Medications are not mere luxuries but often necessary for individuals to maintain their health and well-being. Unfortunately, it seemed that this critical aspect was overlooked, as there was a noticeable absence of empathy and a genuine understanding of the significance of these deliveries. In conclusion, my experience with the Chippewa Falls WI Post Office was highly unsatisfactory. The overwhelming package volume, lack of critical thinking skills, and apparent indifference towards the importance of timely prescription deliveries have deeply impacted my confidence in their services. I sincerely hope that significant improvements are made to ensure that individuals relying on vital medications receive the care and attention they deserve.
Absolutely the worst post office I have ever felt with! The loose packages and put false info in the tracking. Someone needs to report this office.
For days we have not been receiving mail. USPS told Amazon that our package was undeliverable due to access issues. Our front is shoveled and salted. We had no issue receiving food deliveries or UPS in that same time period. Then, when I try to call, I have to submit a complaint form and wait 1-3 business days for a response? I just want my mail. I don't want anyone receiving an official complaint or to mess with anyone's job. I just want my mail *** Update *** USPS does not de-escalate calls well. Honestly, I was more mad after talking with them than before. If you have trouble with an Amazon delivery, it only takes a couple minutes to chat with them. Amazon is refunding my delivery fee at least. If there was a way to choose who delivered or avoid products delivered by USPS, I would absolutely do that. Hopefully, that option is in the works.
I have not received mail for over a week because of our property being "not accessible". Our sidewalk is shoveled and salted with a path to the road as well. We don't have issues with any other mail provider i.e Fedex, Amazon, UPS. They do not answer their phone when called.
Was literally almost hit by a driver when I had the right of way! On top of many other issues this is the worst post office I have seen!!
Second week in a row we haven't gotten any mail or packages due the mail box being inaccessible. Which is funny because my neighbors and I can access them just fine. Also don't bother paying them for any type of shipping. Paid for next day air on a Tuesday and it didn't get there until the following Friday. They are a joke and the rudest people working you will ever have the displeasure of meeting.
#1 - Nearly daily we get other neighbors mail delivered to our box. Once we had received 3 different neighbor's mail. And one day a gal I'd never met before drove over and brought all my financial documents that she'd received in her mail two days earlier. Needless to say we've now had to change all our records to arrive electronically. #2 - I ordered a personalized gift from Amazon this year. It was supposed to arrive between the 11th and the 15th of Dec. I checked tracking and on the 13th it arrived at our local post office. I have checked twice daily to see if it's checked in or out for delivery. Today is the 17th and it's still sitting in the local post office. Posted as not yet checked in. I needed it today for company that is coming for two days. Now I will need to 'mail' it to the recipient. You think she'll get it????? This post office is worse than a joke!!
If I could leave 0 starts I would....the latest issue is they should have forwarded my package due to having an active change of address in system, but instead my package is "out for delivery" in a state I informed the USPS I no longer live. This is on top of the YEARS of horrible service and lies from this USPS branch.
Mail lady couldn't backup straight. She veered of my driveway, ran over a bush and two Christmas decorations. All on camera, all Infront of my own two eyes as I watch with my jaw on the floor in absolute disbelief. At least she brought the correct mail this time.
