awful service. 1 out of every 5 times I schedule a priority mail pickup, they just never show up and i have to call them on the phone to remind them to do their job. I've only given you guys thousands of dollars in shipping costs over the years, glad to see I'm still not a "priority". Also I have tried calling 7 times in the past hour, the phone rings and eventually they just hang up every time. No one is doing their job at this office, replace everyone immediately if you want USPS to stay in business.
I had low expectations of this location since I saw it did not have good reviews online, especially since I went on a Sat closer to closing time … but they were great!! The guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful.
First time getting a money order. Clerk was quite impatient with me. He was kind to the person in front of me taking their time, but told me I was holding up the line. Not a great experience. Plus I got the money order payments wrong because he didn't tell me which one I was paying for. Sounds confusing, and it was.
Staff was Professional, Attentive & Courtious. There was a line but i didn't wait long. Enjoy....
I’ve never posted a negative review. Sam is so rude. After waiting on line for 15 minutes, he rushed me away without helping me at all. I wish I listened to the other reviews & went to another USPS
I don’t know what’s up with Stan & Sam but their attitude is really stink! People don’t want to ask them not even a simple question.
Always a wait, 1 person us either leaving when there is a line or 1 person is doing something else and not helping take down the line but friendly staff
They hang up on you whenever you call for help with a package pick up!!! Which we pay them to do !
DON’T GO HERE. Lunch must be 1pm- until forever because there is never anyone here! I work in the area so it would be convenient to send and receive through here but no worries I’ll just take the ride to asbury ‍ Worst service
I'm not sure if postal services reverted back to horse and carriage. I can get anything delivered to me from across the galaxy, that is, HAND DELIVERED, in just a few days. All of these ups, usps, opp, however you want to abbreviate it, are deeply a waste of time, I know from too much experience, shame on me. Don't blame covid hint: they've been slow this way for years. I cringe whenever a package of mine gets in their hands and having to wait another day or two while it sits. I'm not giving Amazon Delivery props for saying this, but you wonder why THEY supersede the majority. I didn't want to write this review, but...
