Great experience! I just had to send out a letter and was looking for a kiosk to get some stamps myself but decided to go to the counter since it was not busy at all. Thank you to the gentleman at the counter who made my transaction quick and easy, you were very kind. I was out of there in less than 2 minutes. Also since many reviews have comments about their mailman, our mail woman is awesome! Never have I had missing/misplaced mail or missing packages.
Recently moved to Texas from California and let me tell you! Our old mailman Danny was the absolute best. He ensured that he got our packages and went above and beyond to deliver our mail. Never had postal issues until we moved to Texas. Our mail has been delivered to the wrong address so so many times. Postal workers do not care and no one seems to be doing anything about this issue ! Why is this happening when there is GPS. When house numbers are on mailboxes and in front of the house ? Can postal workers not read ? This is beyond frustrating. I set up a mail pickup request for today and it said that the pickup was completed at 10 am…. The mail was still sitting by the front door and no one even came to the door so how exactly was the mail picked up ? Who picked up the mail ? A ghost ? You guys need to hire competent workers that are able to deliver on what is expected by customers I.E mail actually being delivered in the correct box and the ability to actually deliver mail ! What poor service. I’m sure you guys could do better than this
Had a good experience with them today. They were actually very quick, even with a long line. Larry assisted me and he was very cheerful and had great customer service. The other lady working with him seemed to be similar. He even helped the lady before me save money on her package. Keep it up!
Are the postal workers stealing from us? I've never seen packages and mail come up missing like this in my life. I'm filing a complaint. Usps get your employees under control before I go above y'all and start opening investigations
I've never been to the postal service but the carrier in Heartland is terrible, I have been living their since 11/22 and I'm constantly receiving other people mail and haven't received my own mail several times including USPC packages, they need to either get rid of the carrier or get someone else in the area.
These workers are not paying attention because I never received my package and it shows delivered. We are having issues with us postal workers putting mail in the incorrect mailboxes. I'm recieving other residence mail. I have filed a complaint. Please someone GET THIS UNDER CONTROL!
My neighbors are always bringing me my mail that was put in their mailbox, always leaving mailbox open and mail sent out of my box still hasn’t been delivered to the recipients in 3 weeks now!!!! I don’t even give you 1 star but had too in order to leave this review, can’t even speak to anyone over the phone. SMH

Well, since everyone else is describing their mail carriers instead of the experience of going to the building, I will too. We love Janet! : Never had a mail carrier that went so above and beyond to treat those on her route with the same consideration typical of friends and family. She's a real blessing.
