There's a man, that works here named Ken. I'm writing this review, because he walks across the street, to speedway, where I'm making coffee, buying bananas for my monkey business, and generally just starting my day. He comes in, and mistreats the employees often. condescends them, and is just generally a complete imbecilic mysoginist. I'm just calling him on how he mistreats young women, most of the time he's mistreating anyone, and I think he's a coward for that. Apparently, he's personal friends with the store manager, thus the employee base, is just expected, to take this abuse, because the store manager, will not stand up to his friend, Ken. When I see you Ken I intend to introduce myself, as Travis, and discuss with you, how inappropriate it is as a grown man, to shoot shots at little girls, because they're unable to do anything about it. They're not allowed to stand up for themselves, without being fired. so its now my personal goal, to stand up for them. I just want to talk to you, in a direct, and embarrassing way, about your behavior.
They can't seem to put the correct mail in the correct mail boxes. I take my neighbors mail to them. My mail just goes forever missing. 1 star for the Post Office, zero stars to my neighbors. I wish I could give 45344 a negative star.
Wrong mail every day. Carriers obviously need a GPS
Ken is a great help. I really like the workers here, they work hard and do their best.
I wish there was a four and a half star rating because nobody's perfect. During the winter at the height of the pandemic the USPS didn get behind on their deliveries around Christmas by a couple of days here and there. Sometimes up to several days, however with the Staffing they had, the weather conditions in the area, and the virus regulations making staff have to isolate for 2 weeks at a time after being exposed to the virus , I believe they did a pretty good job trying to stay caught up in such unusual conditions. They they stayed consistently busy however the line usually moved fairly fast and they had every counter/register open with someone at every counter. There are some self-service options in the entryway where you can buy stamps, get overnight and standard delivery envelopes so they can be prepared by the time you get to the window and a copy machine if you need to make copies of any documents to send. Even in the height of the pandemic they were usually in a good mood, well mannered, and were friendly with smiles even when they were swamped. I commend them for the excellent service they gave in such a diverse situation. Jobs well done
Went to pick up a package that arrived at the post office im the afternoon so that I didn't have to wait for it to be delivered the next day and risk it getting stolen. dude was rude about it and said that it was in the back to be delivered tomorrow. I've never had this issue before and have picked up most of my packages the same day it arrived to the post office. not sure what was so different this time but it's whatever. The one woman who I normally talk to is always so nice and helpful. this guys was blunt and basically told me I needed to wait until tomorrow.
The postmaster at this local location is very lazy, acts annoyed when being called and is generally unhelpful with most inquiries. And on top of everything else lies about packages being available for pickup because he is too lazy to check and see if they are there and available. imo he needs to be told to get his act together by his supervisors or lose his job to someone else that would love to give a better customer service experience for such great pay and benefits of working for the postal service.
They stop delivering your mail and won't tell you. We've had problems with people hitting out mailbox, and we try to move it a few feet one direction or another. They won't deliver the mail unless they can put the mail in the box from the seat in the truck with the least effort possible. This has happened multiple times.
Our mail carrier is super friendly and courteous. I’ve never had a problem getting my mail.
HORRIBLE customer service from the post master. Beyond rude and refuses to listen to what you are actually saying and lies about packages being delivered to the correct address and telling you he will call back and never calls back even after you file a claim through the 800 number after he has refused to help any more. The girls up front are amazing and so helpful tho.
