Very disappointed that it's impossible to find a contact name for the Post Master of Flower Mound. I would like to provide some constructive feedback on the lack of quality delivery service we are receiving just north of Cross Timbers Road. It has been more of a problem since we recently lost our postman. We are regularly receiving messages from a vendor that a packages was delivered and yet they never end up on our mail box. Sometimes they end up delivered to the wrong address or as in this photo, they are crammed into a small box instead of placed on the larger receptacle. Hard to do it right when you're driving and on your cell phone at the same time.
Most of my experiences with USPS have been stellar, 5/5, but this specific location is so blatantly mismanaged and the staff so outwardly hostile that the experience invoked my first written review ever. A more viewable example of the increasing hostility and vitriol spreading through the population could not exist. The people working here are either so stressed out by upper management that they are constantly yelling at visitors, or simply do not care. Packages and mail are constantly misplaced, outright lost, mishandled, and/or simply ignored. Frankly an embarrassment for publicly funded institutions.
Wouldn't have moved to Flower Mound if I knew how terrible our local postal service would be. Consistent issues- mailed delivered to the wrong address, delivery holds ignored for over a week, no employees working the desk until 9:15 even though they open at 9... truly the worst post office in the country.
Looking at all the bad reviews I was scared before I even walked in. Had a nice experience buying stamps for our wedding invitations. They were very helpful and asked questions to ensure we were buying the right stamp for the envelope weight.
I should have read the review first before I sent package to this area using USPS. They didn't deliver my package and not picking up the phone...No one is helping to locate the package.
Last week, my son and I had an awful experience with Keva who displayed very unprofessional behavior. She yelled at my son in front of other customers because he didnt have a return address. My Son and I spoke with Ms. Jackson who apologized for Keva’s unprofessional behavior but due to this awful experience my son no longer wants to use this post office.
Absolutely horrible mail service. Everyone in my neighborhood has been losing mail and/or it's been delivered to the wrong address. We have all been missing mail and delivering it to our neighbors when we get the wrong stuff. I had a very important check that's still missing!!!
We need more people like Keva! She was so wonderful and helpful. I came in 10 mins before closing ON A FRIDAY and she was so friendly and delightful. A visit to the post office can be stressful, but not with people like Keva behind the counter.
Not good service! Was told to use the electronic service but the electronic couldn't find the the address. Which its not good had package sent back to me. And spend 3× more on return label because USPS kept telling me I need pay more $. This was my 3rd time paying where I spend more money on label then the item. I told USPS to keep the package because they had it.
Even the self service machines don't work properly. The staff still wouldn't give me my prepaid label, saying "they don't print labels here" when the higher ups say they should. I haven't had problems with the drivers normally, but this local office is why the postal service gets a bad reputation.
