First I have to mention the Asian gentleman with a pony tail, I apologize because I do not know his name but he is the only friendly and competent postal worker dealing with the customers at this office. Unfortunately the rest of employees here act like they hate their job, it is very frustrating to deal with unhappy, bitter workers. Through the years I’ve seen this office gone from ok to terrible. Sad to have to take my business to Rosemead or Arcadia postal office.
I've been waiting for my package all day since I don't have time to pick it up at the post office due to busy schedule during the week. I was shocked that I got notification for attempting delivery and no secure location. Are you kidding me? This delivery man did not attempt to go to my door and ring the bell. You did not show up at all. This person needs to be trained
To be honest I don’t know if they’re lazy to get down but they’re always making me pick up my package . Isn’t that why they charge me a delivery fee ? Train your employees.
I never heard the delivery bell at home. Every time I put a piece of paper in the mailbox because I often travel for work reasons. When I found out, the package was gone. It's a disgusting place.
It says that it was held at the post office due to customer request? I’ve never requested that? And it also never sends a pink slip for me to pick up my package.
I have been waiting for a big package from overseas & this post office never notified me with any type of paper slip notice in my mailbox or front door. Thank God I just found out now or it will be sent back to sender in a few days. What's going on with this post office. They used to have great service for decades.
Kevin said he put mailman’s safety first from aggressive stray dogs, so they can hold an entire block mail for three weeks. But Kevin takes three lunches a day, so his coworkers have to wait 30 mins to take lunch. So much for taking care his people. Shameless.
Went to pick up mail that was being held. The line was pretty long and it seemed they were short staffed. But they had really good customer service. The employees were friendly and helpful.
It is irresponsible, I have never encountered such a rubbish courier company
MAGICAL PERFORMANCE . Don’t send your packages here. Packages keep disappearing after yellow card is placed in mail box. Magicians may be employed at this post office. Beware
