Long lines of waiting people . My packages got returned without my knowledge. My order packages said delivery on my front porch , and I could not find it. Worst services for the bureaucracy. If you have something to mail it , try other alternatives. It just is not worth the trouble. However, the post office staff are super friendly and willing in helping me to track my orders and find the root of cause in getting my orders back .
Do I have to write to my representative to get this lazy workers out of there and hire new personnel. This is by far the worse post office I’ve been to… always a long line and never enough clerks. The most they have is 2….. I hate going there everyone is so rude and unhappy!!!!
Has parking. Not 100% viable from street, but it's easy to maneuver from the plaza. The traffic flow is designed to be one-way from the entrance to exit. Has at least two Mandarin speakers and one Spanish speaker. Avoid the old Asian guy unless you're just drop something off. I've been holding my tongue for the poor service for years. This time the Asian workers really done it. The old Chinese guy and a Asian lady wouldn't answer my questions all at once and keep sending me back to the line - I was sent back to the line four times to figure out the international postage rate. The Chinese guy was not only mean but also insults me when speaking Mandarin. They really should quit working if they are so unhappy. It's so unethical to make others feel awful & treat like dirt just because you can.
Very friendly and professional. Good work speed and kind explanations to every customers. Thanks for your service.
Judy is very friendly and enthusiastic to help me, this is the best one I have gone to so many post offices
Watch out for that Hispanic dude working there. Dishonest and shady. I suspect he opened my mail and stole my passport and personal info.
Employees here worst I've been seen. I had a 2x2 package and I asked him where he wanted me to put, he told me take to another office because it will not go through counter window due to they have temporary plastic shield for covid, and he refused to take my package because it was too big for him to handled. We are paying hard earned money taxes to pay this lazy government employees..
Very bad customer service. Minus rating if i can give them. The associates, Judy and David hate their jobs and give attitudes to customers. Go here and expect bad day attitudes from them. They should be rotated from their job. Too comfortable and lazy forgetting one of their jobs is to give nice customer service. You wont get one here.
The workers here will not manually enter the tracking numbers for packages; they will make you come back with your item repackaged or just simply refuse to scan the code if it won't scan the first few times. I have encountered workers who won't even give me the receipt for the tracking, and will throw hissy fits if you ask for the receipt. I think these workers know they won't get fired and so they don't care. Normally, the package scans and everything goes smoothly, but when it doesn't, the workers don't make your day any easier
This Rowland heights post office staff are rude and lazy especially the Asian lady. They made me felt very uncomfortable to come in this post office and I’ve had difficult experience here to send my package, just like how other people felt it seems they made their own rule to treat customers in different stander. If it’s possible please REPLACE all of them with more quality staff.
