I called and visited this post office because I was looking for mail but didn't have access to my mailbox key for about 5 days... I called and spoke with Joe, he was helpful and pleasant. When I met the mailman Mike, he was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant... when I visited the post office I was created by Shelly, she was patient and pleasant and helpful too! Thank you Wickliffe Post Office, for all of your help!!!
Just like every other post office in the US, they operate with staff barely above the functionality of mindless parasites. Is it really a wonder why the USPS keeps being bailed out from the verge of complete collapse? Just get rid of this worthless service already.
Wouldn't let you pick up a package thats scanned in, even though noone's in line. He's too lazy to go look, and make you wait til the carrier delivers it, when you urgently needed it.
We had a Gift Certificate enclosed in a Leger Package addressed to deliver to WILLOUGHBY From WICKLIFFE. 2.8 Miles The package was Sent 2,029 Miles Away to the POENIX ARIZONA Processing Center! This Package Was Sent In Person At Wickliffe Branch On Sept. 24, 2019. Today is Oct. 1st and Package Tracking Shows It Is STILL IN TRANSIT! SUPERVISORS DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH! 1-800-ASK-USPS DOES NOTHING! DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES ALREADY FOR GOD'S SAKE!
Every inconsistent service and rude.
They can be very helpful except for one of the ladies there who isn't very patient with customers. They tend to have things in stock you need and are very helpful when it comes to shipping things anywhere in the world.
Being a daily customer of this Postal Office, I like it. Employees are friendly and helpful.
Some of the nicest, helpful and kindest employees I have ever met don't work here.
