The super kind tan young Lady is awesome! Can't say many good things about the other front desk people but if you see the super kind young lady working the front desk get in her line quick, she goes above and beyond and is extremely genuinely kind. Rest of the staff are good if you just want to send something or get stamps but is about it.
Paid over $200 for a PO Box online with a reservation. Get there to open it up and get my keys. The guy at the counter had no idea how to help me needless to say I had to call customer support and get my money back.
I usually try to avoid going into any Post Office on a normal and daily basis due to past experiences, but recently a nice, very kind, hawaiian I do not know her background so I am very sorry if I am wrong, young lady appeared. For the past couple weeks, when I had to go in and see her, she's smiling and trying her best to help customers out. Even on the busiest times! I use to think all post office workers were grumpy but she really brightens my experiences there. I got over 4 books of stamps with her and she folded them neatly, placing them in a small tiny bag for me. Afterwards, she sealed it with a tiny piece of tape so I wouldn't lose it on my walk home! She was listening to my story the whole time! This was above and beyond! I really hope the post office appreciates her and she knows what a difference her bubbly attitude makes!
Fat, old employee clerk #36 doesn't know what he's doing, he tried to tell me I couldn't fold the qr code label on the package when I ship this same exact package literally everyday. He clearly doesn't know what he's doing and needs to be fired. Rude and uneducated and pretty unhygienic if I must say, there was a pungent odor emitting from him.
They close before 5!! Really, there should be a sign that says "we close at 4:50" because they start shutting down the building then. You can come in at 4:55 and be turned away. Just a head's up. Shout out to Mandy for being a great USPS employee. She was very helpful and it is because of her that I'm not giving this location a lower rating. There was another employee, an older white male with gray hair, who yelled at me and ignored for no good reason hence the missing star. USPS human resources, you might want to speak to him about working on his customer service skills.
The worste post office I have ever dealt with they continually lie about my mail being there and can't seem to make it to my mailbox. This has been for a few years they have consistently been unable to get my mail or packages to my home/business
South Burlington VT, White St. branch Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Even though the poor folks are understaffed, they always do their best to balance keeping the line moving while giving good service to each customer.
Rudest people I have ever seen at a post office. Watched it happen to others too in line. These people behind the counters shouldn't be working in the public if they're going to provide this type of service. Robotic service displayed best here!
We just used the drive up mail box but it wasn't really busy that day
Parking lot connects to the bank lot to allow for ease of exiting for nice people. It is a small town office in a quaint location. It’s rather unfortunate that the airport makes the town seem so large, and everyone is always in such a rush. The USPS is held to standards that other shipping companies are not held to. It’s employees are federal employees who cannot bend the rules to favor anyone. If you are an angry or entitled sort of person, perhaps conduct your business during posted hours. I rather enjoy the personal touch and service these employees provide.
