Had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks to get a new passport. The day before I was emailed it was cancelled due to a “retirement”. No one thought to inform me of this in advance so I could try elsewhere, and there was no offering to assist me in scheduling another appointment. Terrible customer service and will never give them my business.
Was able to schedule an appointment on line for minor passport services a week before, got text confirmations. Show up for the appointment with my baby and the worker tells me the passport agent retired 2 months ago. Take my child all the way there for nothing. If this has been going on for two months why haven’t something been done not to allow appts to be scheduled? What a joke
I have been here plenty of times and never had any issues. Staff treated me the way I treated them, kindly and with respect. Also more complicated cases or questions were handled correctly and professionally. I do understand the frustration that some of the other reviews are voicing about the USPS in general- and I sure had my own share of that - but really cannot say that the staff ever treated me incorrectly. I might have just been lucky, I might have just not given any reason to snap at me. I will definitely keep coming here.
They do not respect the official schedule posted on their website, windows, etc. I do not go there anymore because you never know if it will be open or not.
Exceptional customer service, my post never gets misplaced and my boxes get delivered before expected date. I would not change the office for any other.
We as customers are paying expensive shipping prices from our government for them to hit us in the face with very rude customer service. It's is not difficult to be polite. This is a great neighborhood and we do not deserve to be treated like vilains we need to ship items that we are paying for.
never had issues with this post office except for the one odd time when the workers had a 3 hr lunch, but friendly staff and always helpful!
They drop off the slip in the mailbox that we have a package and they tried to deliver but missed us. Except we were home and no one came to the door! Lazy. Now we don't get our package and we need to go to the Post office to get it. Terrible service. Very disappointing. Get out of your truck and do your job. This is not the 1st time it's happened either.
Ive never had any issues with this post office. I drop off my packages and then head out. So far, everything has arrived on time
I have written the Paoli USPS numerous times and many of the people on our route are really getting ticked off because of the crappy service. Yes, we know we have been "downgraded" to an auxiliary route for years now but that does not mean we need to be ignored. We never know who the postal person will be or when the mail will be picked up or delivered.Today, April 15th, no mail was picked up or delivered on my street Summit Avenue and I'm wondering if this street was one of the only ones that was ignored. It's pathetic when the postal service puts all sorts of "wonderful ads" saying how great they are and all the things they "promise" to do and they don't follow through with what they/you advertise. I like using the mail, I believe in "you men and women" and I'm sort of old fashioned because I don't like or trust all the automatic stuff because of some technical problems that have occurred with "on-line" banking, etc. For goodness sake, please give us better service instead of the basically crappy stuff we receive off and on. Yes, we can understand problems arising during bad weather but today was a decent day and we got nothing. We'd like to know what the problems are and we really want to be treated decently in the future. And I'm sick and tired of writing to complain and having to deal with the same type of problems that happen sporadically....good grief! Thank you for your time.
