Great post office, some great workers, but Regina Jones, they need to get rid of her lazy & rude self. 5 stars for post office, but she gets zero. Kindness breeds kindness, remember that.
My package was addressed too my current address when I ordered. I get a notification that it was being sent back too sender. Call the post office, they say I forwarded too my old address. I did not authorize that! I been in Newberry for 6 months. I’ve had no issues getting my mail or package til this one. Employees need too know their job!
Always nice people. And friendly even when there busy.
Package was undeliverable to the Hampton Inn. Unsure how they can’t access the hotel as people are staying and working there. I can’t even get in touch with anyone to remedy the situation especially on a Saturday. Updates- The postmaster was very helpful and was kind enough to forward the package to my home. Thank you!
