Tis' the season for lines, but well worth the wait when getting to the counter. She went above and beyond to help me on a busy Saturday morning. At this post office you feel like a friend not a #. Great customer service is key.
Just got my box today. They delivered it to the wrong address.. the box was placed with address right there. Delivered it to the wrong house on purpose or they are just down right lazy!!!! You don't like your job, get a new one!
The mail lady not much of a "lady" is so rude, she claims she can't get to my mailbox when it's between 2 cars that are literally 35 feet apart I measured she is the rudest person.
I am beyond fed up with this location. I resorted to getting my items from amazon shipped to a locker because our mail-man is too lazy to leave anything on our porch that doesn’t fit in our mailbox. Fortunately, each time this happens Amazon is gracious enough to credit my account. I truly believe the carrier is stealing my items to avoid delivery. I’m beyond frustrated with their service and the incompetence of their staff. Items have been damaged, missing, or stuffed in our mailbox so tight that I had to rip apart the box to get it out. I have called several times to complain, each time they make excuses for their lazy staff. Extremely frustrated. Based on other reviews on here, people are dealing with similar issues. This office should definitely be reviewed.
One Year Later 6/2020 and 2x in one week! I have ordered birthday cards, says delivered to mailbox. Um NO IT WAS NOT. I might get it in a few days when whoever received it puts it back in the box and hopefully makes it to me! 1 year ago :And here we go again, says my mail was delivered to my porch, I go look, no mail. This is the worst post office in history! My mail is always going to wrong place, I get other peoples mail so I know it happens to them also. Get your chit together Strasburg! There is no reason for this, and it is not because it is the 'busy season', this is ALL year! Do your jobs correctly or get someone who can!
Your incompetence astounds me. But what should I expect from something run by the government. You either deliver it to the wrong house, or you say you can't enter the premises which I know is a lie. But what I really don't understand is when you say you tried to deliver something and so I call your office mere minutes after receiving the notification to find out you're closed. UPS and Fedex never give me these problems. Unfortunately, I can't always choose which service the seller uses to send packages. But trust me when I say I would never choose you of my own volition.
I can not stand our mail man for the past 3 months he cant pick up letters that need to get mailed out he just throws the mail on top of it or we need ever get the right mail. And when talking to Janet the manager she just wants to argue with you at 730 am. I was told the night before that the mail man would go back around pick up my mail which he never did and then she tried to argue with me and told her I gave her a different address. I would like to know why I would give my neighbors address to pick up my mail.? I lived in this house for almost 4 years. And then she got smart with me. I also told her how is your mail man going to pick up mail out of someone else’s mail box if the flag wasn’t up. And got pissed off And hung up ! Strasburg post office
For the 3rd time in less then a year we have scheduled to have our mail held only to return home on a Sunday to see that they never held it and it had accumulated and was overfliwing in the mailbox and even fallen out and was scattered on the porch. What is the point of having your mail held when they still deliver it.
Always great service and very understanding staff!
A package was accidentally delivered to the wrong home & when I called to find out what happened, the woman I spoke to was very helpful, and went right out and got it from the other address and delivered it to me within about 5 minutes of my phone call. Great service!
