Worst courier company I've ever seen my package was sent a month ago and still hasn't arrived! There where she got stuck for the last time. I sent two identical packages one arrived and the second where is? I can't even send a complaint because it says that the package is not suitable for complaint, how long should I wait a year? I hate that my package ended up here I never expected my package to be being sent from china seeing as I ordered from Juicy Couture which is California based. This is my worst nightmare I can’t even get in touch with these people. It should be illegal how businesses are operating so unprofessionally & this is a federal building. This really breaks my heart. It’s been here for 5 days now. I’m almost sure I wont have my package in time.
Ordered a very expensive designer handbag from australia and was really praying it didn't get sent here cause it always takes a week to 10 days at this hub and to my dismay I checked my tracking last night and it got sent here. I know I'm going to be waiting awhile . Will never order from overseas again if I know it's going to be delivered usps
I'm one of the many other people who's package has gotten held up at this facility. On a different website I read that it may be getting investigated because of all the issues people have had over time and sincerely hope they do investigate. My package should've been delivered already now I'm playing the waiting game like everyone else. Makes me never want to order internationally again.
I sent custom made Christmas presents last year almost month before Christmas just to be sure that everything will arrive in time.... The package is still in this facility and nobody can't tell me what's going on. Half year and no info is super frustrating
I was wondering why my package was being held 2 states away for over 5 business days. Then I looked at the reviews. Makes sense. I will never use or recommend this facility again. Update; took 3 weeks to arrive.
How do I get ahold of someone? My package hasn’t moved ?!?!? When I shipped it from my home post office they stated it would take 6-10 days to deliver and it haven’t moved since July 7th!!?!?? Someone help plssss!!! Update: package was mailed on July 7 and was delivered to Durango MX on August 19 took some time but it made it!
Ordered a package 5/30 from the UK, it made it to this facility on 6/6 and hasn’t moved since. Reordered the item 6/25 because I figured it was a fluke, the package made it from the UK to this facility again on 6/30. Once again, my package has been stuck here with no movement since it arrived. I’m positive the first one is just gone and won’t ever show up, and I’m beginning to think that the second one is too. This place is absolutely garbage. I highly doubt that the seller I purchased from will send a THIRD package considering the first two never made it, they’d be losing money replacing the product over and over again. The whole situation is seriously irritating.
I placed on order on Etsy from a UK seller two weeks before Christmas of last year. Here we are in the middle of April and I STILL haven't received it after the seller told me it had arrived at this facility. They don't answer the phone here and clearly don't care about people or their mail. I don't even know if my package still exists at this point! Unacceptable!
I got the “inbound out of customs” at june 21st, today is june 26th which is told but my trackers it’s going to be at my local post office, i really pray i get my package due to these reviews that people are getting it very very late. Hopefully one of the workers could also pick up the phone and make sure my package comes out safe . EDIT: Made it out in 6 business days, i think i got lucky but thanks alot but you guys should answer the phone.
