Unity Door and Lock

This place needs a major price audit. I bought several things today and I noticed that the prices were significantly incorrect as compared to what was displayed. I let the cashier know and she told me to go to customer service after I paid for my items...so stand in another line got it. I went to customer service and let the cashier know that the prices were incorrect and could I speak with a manager because this wasn't the first time that this has happened. The last time the c.s. line was entirely too long to stand in to get the issue rectified. The cashier went into a side room to speak to the lead who refused to come out and speak to me and said that the incorrect pricing is a vendor issue and she would let them know.....I was very polite calm and not upset so why would a lead not want to speak to a customer for 2 minutes? Isn't that what you get PAID to do? I went to another cashier at the door and told her my issue and she said that there were no managers on duty...??? You mean at this big busy store on a Saturday morning that there isn't 1 single manager on duty? She then suggested that I go to pickup to see if a manager was there that I could speak to....ventured all the way over there and I was told there wasn't one. Complete waste of time and no one took accountability for the incorrect pricing. It's a shame that a store that profits millions of dollars a year is conning people into paying higher prices and not at the very least willing to give them an adjustment.

I haven’t been to this store in a very long time but I had a tire blow out and they were the Walmart in the area with the tire I needed. Their automotive department was quite busy but they fit me in and got me me rolling. The customer services ladies, in the automotive department were very kind and helpful. An the store was in much better shape and way more organized than it use to be.

I would like to start this message by saying that I don’t live in GA anymore. I do however come to visit family from time to time. This morning 2 very special things happened that I wanted to take a moment to write about. First, When I pulled up at Walmart this morning, I seen a guy outside picking up all the trash and I must say this is the BEST I have seen this Walmart parking lot look. I wanted to tell the guy that I appreciate his hard work but when I parked I looked for him but he wasn’t there anymore. I’m writing this message to say Thank You!,to you sir, with hopes that you see my message. Second thing that happened I was trying to figure where to pick up my online order, this amazing women not only told me where to go, she showed me, THEN when I came back up to the front to purchase my other items….she checked on me to see if I found it ok. What an amazing woman she was. I took the time to write this message because stuff like this doesn’t happen anymore. This touched my heart so much! Kudos to such an amazing team of people. Thank you!

What ever happened to late night/24 hr hours? Great variety of goods and groceries to choose from. Register lines are like a theme park lines at times. I like how they seem to be fully staffed.

Always sooo busy and slow to check out. But OMG I found garbage pale kids!!!!

I moved out here a few months back and I can say that Union City Walmart is better than I expected. It's always clean, I haven't had a problem from the staff or customers. I actually saw Lil Boosie and his crew up there once too! Updated check out system. Even long lines tend to move fast. Good job

My daughter had her 1st birthday party Saturday and the cake was from Walmart. That cake was the BEST cake we ever had!! It was soo moist and fresh. Our guest enjoyed it soo much we didn’t have any cake left to take home. Thank you to the Bakery for making my baby birthday cake special

It’s like trying to check out at a bazaar in Bangladesh. No real lines. Just a mob of people all try to cash out. They really need to get the check out lines together and organized. I left a cart full of groceries bc I’m not interested in trying to navigate that mess. I went to target. Was a much more peaceful experience.

First off, let me say that Tara short in height, blonde hair, with hazel brown eyes is such a sweet young lady. She was very helpful in assisting me with some spray paint from a locked container. She called the supervisors to use their keys. She went across the store to obtain them and then apologized for the delay, which was none because it had not been over 5 minutes. She is definitely a gem. However, the first two people that I asked were of no help at all. The first gentleman told me someone should be in the section. When I explained that they were not, he told me to yell out for help. The 2nd person told me that the section closed at 8pm, but it was only 7:00pm and that I could try going to the front to see if I saw a supervisor with keys to open the case. It's for these reasons that I as well as others that I know, travel 15 to 20 minutes out of our way to shop opposed to stopping at our local store 5 mins down the street. If I'm spending money at an establishment, I should not have to feel as an employee as well.

This location is starting to get like the Cascade road location. When you go down the aisles, a lot of the product are missing they are not going down the aisle before they close the store and putting things back where they belong. And the fruits and vegetables in the black neighborhoods are like krusty krab. Maybe they aren't rotating the fruits and vegetables at a proper rate. You go on the white side of town and everything is proper and pristine fruits and vegetables look like it came right off the farm.
