I've been working with this office for about a year and have been satisfied each & every time. Dr. Camino is thorough and compassionate, and she helped me locate a very good in-network specialist when I needed one endocrinologist. The staff are all pleasant, competent, keep things running on schedule and follow through on results & return calls. I also have used their onsite lab many times, including for my specialist lab workups - A++. It's not the fanciest office but they are timely, clean and professional. I absolutely recommend them!

First visit and told I have offended Dr Mungai. I'm sorry that I feel these doctors are leaving complex patients to suffer. I have a long history of severe medical issues causing major anxiety and panic. To be told have a nice day while in tears and he walks out? Very very poorly uncompassionate doctor. Needs to be in a different field away from patients seeking help.

I normally do not go to this office. I am usually seen in Stow. They had no appts.so I was glad I got in to see Dr Camneo. I am a kidney transplant patient, so when I have any signs and symptoms of a UTI I need to be seen. The medical assistant took me back went over my history, then stated we will a urine sample. I ask her if there where wipes in the bathroom. She said I did not need one, wrong! I am not only a transplant patient but I am a RN. You always need a clean catch when you think u have signs and symptoms of a UTI, then they will send it out for culture and sensitivity to make sure I am on the right antibiotic. The MA left the room for quit awhile and I thought about leaving to but I didn’t. The Dr comes in with the cup and a wipe they had gotten from the office next door. She sat and talked to me, went over my history and meds. She asked me if I wanted to start the antibiotic before they got the results from the C&S. I told her now, I could not take a chance of the infection traveling to my kidney. I then gave a urine sample. I left the office not even knowing if I had a UTI, but a prescription was called in. I have never been to a appt like this. Therefore I am done with Unity Health. I will find a family physician within The CCF I cannot take chances like this with ppl who don’t know what they are doing.

I had to go in for a blood test and blood pressure check. Told the nurse I was in a hurry because I had an important meeting that I hadn't factored into my morning. She got me in and out with plenty of time to spare! I appreciate that so much! This is a great office! The staff here is always friendly, helpful and quick with a kind word. My physician is Dr Pai and I have been satisfied with his services for a long time. Thank you to the Unity Health office in Twinsburg. So if you are looking for great doctors and a great staff that actually care and listen, then this is the place for you! Call and give them a try!

I’ve been prescribed adderall for 13 years my doctor retires and mungai takes over and says he can’t prescribe my adderall anymore and said I should see a psychiatric help for my medicine and he wants me to spend more money to see a specialist when I have history their already and he also couldn’t recommend anyone and he just ran out on me worst doctor ever so far
