The staff and owner of Unity Memorial Funeral Home East, Inc. are efficient, professional, courteous, diligent and helpful when guiding their customers through the process of either burial or cremation of your loved one. They followed through in obtaining a corrected Death Certificate of my spouse, though it took awhile, due to the State's not recording correct information on the DC as provided to them by Unity Memorial. And, at the beginning of the process, Unity Memorial helped to get the Death Certificates although slightly incorrect issued quickly so as to assist in the settlement of estate issues. I highly recommend their services.
Unity Memorial Funeral home did an excellent professional job on yesterday. The staff is very caring, helpful and supportive every step of the way. They handled my children’s father very well. He looked amazing and the service was great! I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for caring, courteous and professional service to contact Unity Memorial Funeral Home!
Unity Memorial Funeral Home is very professional. They did my mother n law funeral lovely last in in 2019 down south. In the future we will be using them. My husband was please with everything. I can not take away anything. 100%+ with the whole service. She looked very peaceful and good.
Earlier on in this month we brought our love son Jonathan Banks to Unity funeral home in Apopka and from that day up until we laid him to rest the service provided by Brother Schofield and the entire staff exceeded our expectations, words cannot express our gratitude for the exceptional and professional services rendered again we say a hearty Thank you! If anyone need a funeral home I highly recommend Unity Memorial Funeral Home in Apopka.
Mr. Schofield....There are truly no words to use, I will say i loved the services rendered to my family. You were patient with us...as we grieved and you were a shoulder to cry on.....I remember crying to you, because i still didnt believe my brother was deceased. You talked to me and you reassured me that he was going to look very good. I was happy 1000% so was my mother. Thank you!!!
This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had dealing with this is the last thing someone should deal with when going through a loss, they printed the wrong date of death on my mom's program so everyone went home with the incorrect info since they were unable to correct it before the funeral and it was hell trying to get them to reprint, Noone at the place communicate with each other and they all point fingers to the next person in regards to who is to blame I finally got the programs 2 weeks after the services but before that was promised several failed meet ups.. when I finally got there I had to wait over 30 minutes for Debbie to meet me and while I was waiting I got harassed by the staff and found out they were trying to call to the police because I was waiting and they didn't know who I was waiting for even though Debbie told me to meet her there, apparently her and the owner Mr. Daryl as she called him don't communicate, After all thst he only reprinted 25 programs, not nearly enough to resend to family and friends..hate that I still have to contact them to get my mom's death certificate, think I'm gonna have someone else pick it up for me. If I could give them a negative score I would!
I had Unity in Apopka to funeralize my love one, Mr.Percival Tavares,it was lovely, the staff was great, they made sure everything was straight,and he looked so good, I have no regrets and if I had to bury someone again, Unity would definitely be my choice . THANKS

Thank you so much for so many generous hearts at Unity Memorial when I walked in the door on a Sunday spoke with mr.Daryl Schofield Mrs.Schofield and Mr.Prince made me and my siblings feel like family opening hearts and listening ears unity gave my brother the best homegoing celebration and no complaints thank you for everything The Key Family
This was most difficult time in my life. The staff went over and beyond from being available anytime, patient, genuinely caring and wonderful sense of humor .they made sure my vision came to life.
