We love the kids play area at Unity Park. It's well maintained and clean. There are usually a lot of kids here for others to play with. Be sure to visit the dog park. Dogs aren't allowed in the kids play area, which is fair since the kids shouldn't play in the dog's play area. There is also a school track, fishing pond, and practice fields that you can use, as well as walking/hiking/biking paths nearby. Restrooms: The restrooms are regularly cleaned brick buildings with lockable doors. There is a water fountain available during the warm season. Dog-friendliness: There's a dog area for small dogs and one for large dogs. Please pick up after your best friend. Picnic area: There's a gazebo for larger groups of people, and may need to be reserved for parties and such.
Very nice park in a beautiful community. We typically go to the dog park to meet new furbabies and humans who have all been friendly, then we walk the short paved trail around the park before we leave. Pond, ducks, playground and open late. Playground: A kid's dream. Dog-friendliness: Lots of people with their dogs all throughout the park. Picnic area: Covered area that is perfect for a kid's birthday party!
Hands down one of the best if not best park for small children around! Extremely safe environment with lots of options for play. If you are within 20-30 minutes it’s worth the drive. It can get crowded during certain times of day.
Very nice community park!! Great location! Playground: Good side playground Restrooms: Bathroom by the parking area Dog-friendliness: Bug 2 separates the area between small & large dogs.
This park is great for my 2 year old! She loves going to look at all the ducks and the dogs at the dog park. The actual playground is separated so there is a spot for 2-5 year olds. My only complaint is that the big kids are often playing hide and seek/tag and they will use the little kid area and be running around.
Great playground with Zipline and multi age sections. Nice shady trees all around, lots of ducks, good fishing spots. Dog park is next door.
By far one of the best parks in Highland Village! The new renovations have been completed and it’s awesome! I was fortunate to be a part of the building process with our church, Valley Creek, and it is amazing to see the finished park. Having visited the previous park, the new design is more open and has even more variety to the play structures that cater to kids of all ages. I’ll take more pictures next time ha!
Have a great time with your kids at Kid's Castle. Really excellent playground for the kids. Dog park right next to it.
This place is great. To say it has a playground is an understatement. It has a large activity area for kids of all ages. There's also walking trails, a pavillion, restrooms by the parking lot and dog parks. This just scratches the surface though as there are baseball diamonds a football field, tennis courts, and the list goes on. Go here now. Why haven't you left yet? Get there. You will enjoy this park. There's something for everyone. Playground: This playground is massive and for all ages. Restrooms: There are restrooms available at the parking lot Dog-friendliness: There are dog parks here. Picnic area: There's a pavillion right next to the playground area.
Just visited the dog park for the first time. The grounds are well kept and very well lit. There are lots of benches, there are at least two water fountains made for dogs, and there are separate fenced areas for large and small dogs. I will definitely be back.
