Universal Athletic Helena

I had Universal Athletics make our beach volleyball shirts. Tim was very prompt and his customer service was excellent. We had 9 shirts made and the price was very reasonable being custom. They also delivered on timeframe and we had our shirts for the first game. Would recommend them and will be supporting this business again!

I did not realize they sold clothing, but they have a great selection.

I worked at Universal for close to, if not, 6 months and the biggest take away I got is how important costumer service is. I did not experience this at all when I recently went in. A particular staff member was rude, bored and not really any help. Other than that I know the store is one of the best for finding what you need... I would hate to see the store lose it's good reputation because of staff.

The workers at this store are incredibly hard working and polite people. Their product is everything a person could want or need to excel at their preferred sport. This is a great place to shop! 10/10 would go again!

Got a great deal on some Hokas off the discount table but ZERO offers of assistance from the time I walked in. Three young people working in the store and I was the only customer. Just seemed odd.

I just spoke with 2 different people Meggie and Sally for help with their tees and both were bored, rude, and had no knowledge of the products in the store. They couldn't answer the simplest of questions and made it clear that customer service was not a concern for them. Such rudeness is what puts stores out of business. I have shopped at Universal for over 10 years; but no more; not if this is the kind of employee they are hiring to service the public. Be careful, times are a changin' and stores are a closin'!

Honestly I really like this store.Wish it could be a little cheaper lmao.All the stuff I like is really expensive but other than that all the customers seem to be happy and so am I and the employees there are really nice a lot of them are really funny but every time I’ve went there ..there has been NO issues so thank you guys!

Great selection of under armour and team specific apperal. And they also do custom embroidery too.

What do you get off dresser and no one has ever done that in the future if we can do it at truetts you know if we have any idea what do we need them to get it in the 6 you are funny and no one is here to help with the iphone 11 isnt out to you to see the vans you have any questions about the iphone 11 you are not a gun to do the same thing I have been trying for a bit to do with it in a position where am so glad to you how are u fat you have to go in the 6 to do with it I just need them in tommorow morning
