I recently received a call from Universal Fidelity, and I was shocked by their outstanding customer service given their line of work. I have never been treated with such respect, and they were willing to work with me to resolve my unpaid debts. No more sleepless nights over unresolved debts. I believe I spoke with Ms. Michelle, and she was very professional and informative about my situation.

Universal Fidelity has exceeded my expectations in terms of their customer service. I was apprehensive at first when answering the call, but the representative I spoke with Neva made sure I understood what the phone call was about. They also informed me over mail about my unpaid debts which made me feel better about receiving a call. Based on my experience, I would say they are a great company, very professional, and very helpful overall! I am thankful I got everything taken care of with their help.

Be very aware, this is false, they sent me a letter stating I owed money in which I checked my bank transaction and even called the company and they verified it was paid in full! Glad I showed my attorney, because if he has to send a letter to them, they will pay for my attorney fee's for falsifying and trying to steal money!

A few things to consider before paying them a dime. Although they sent me a debt notice and I spoke to them on the phone twice, using the information explained below, I have decided not to pay. I am not a lawyer and am not giving legal advice, just telling you what I have learned. Parking tickets cannot be reported to credit bureaus or impact your credit. This is per the National Consumer Assistance Plan. Do a search for "Library fines, parking tickets no longer trash your credit" for a good article about it, or just check out the National Consumer Assistance Plan website. It says, "Debts that did not arise from a contract or agreement by the consumer to pay, such as traffic and parking tickets or fines, will not be included or appear on consumer's credit reports." Want to verify for yourself? Call Universal Fidelity and ask them. They will tell you themselves that they can't touch your credit. Here's the kicker... IF AND ONLY IF YOU LIVE OUT OF STATE AND AREN'T EVER GOING BACK TO NEW YORK, ask Universal Fidelity what recourse they have. I did. They will tell you NONE. If you do go back to New York, or live in New York, the National Consumer Assistance Plan says they can't impact your credit score, but there are all sorts of things that can be done, like impounding your car, garnishing your wages, not allowing you to get a license, and more, so keep that in mind. I am not a lawyer and am not giving legal advice; merely sharing my experience with Universal Fidelity and what I have found by searching the internet regarding parking tickets and credit scores. Do your own research and make your own decisions.

Over a year ago they;'d call all the time. I finally answered and said if you have proof of this alleged debt then MAIL me a letter. Have not recieved anything. I would not answer any questions other than verify my address. They bite it hard.Fast forward a year later and I found out that the debt was CHARGED OFF and can not get 1099 info from them. I have left probably a dozen phone messages to inquire about the matter. Garbage company. Very unprofessional.

The ownership and leadership of this organization are second to none. They provide a convenient, safe, state of the art working environment that is located between the I99 and I10 junction making access to the office fast, traffic free and accessible from a large portion of the Houston metropolitan and surrounding areas. They spare no expense providing a comfortable and professional office to their employees. Those efforts are translated from the associates to the customers and clients UFLP's speaks to on a daily basis. Don't take my word for it, visit the location and you will quickly see my description does not begin to give UFLP justice. Top notch location, company and employees bare none!

The representatives there are incompetent. They submitted a payment as a cash transaction and continue to place fault with my credit card company. They are rude including the Director of Operations Tom Simpson. Please beware.

Debt collection has a bad reputation for being aggressive and down right rude. Universal Fidelity is the exact opposite. The staff is respectful and informative while trying to help with your situation.

ITS A SCAM! THEY TALK ABOUT A TICKET THAT DOESN'T EXIST! I RAN MY PLATE AND I HAVE NO TICKETS. THEY ARE TRYING TO GET INFO ON YOU TO SCAM YOU. BLOCK AND REPORT THEM ASAP! JUST ASK THEM TO SEND YOU THE INFO IN THE MAIL BIT DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INFO. WATCH THEM HANG UP.

They don't even bother themself to respond mail enquiry. LOL
