Universal Health Care of Lillington

The staff at the facility are dedicated to making sure our residents are cared for as if they were our own family, and they become family. My grandmother was at this facility and she loved the staff while she was here. She was able to receive rehabilitation and go home walking on her own. The team works hard at individualizing care based on each residents needs. This is a great building to be apart of.

My brother was sent to a horrible place in Goldsboro. Several items were stolen, it would take 2 hours to get help; life there was misery. Universal Healthcare in Lillington has been an answer to prayers. He has been treated with respect, given a comfortable room, and helped every time he called. The workers are all friendly and trustworthy. I am truly grateful for everything.

Wonderful staff very caring group of people friendly and helpful Tricia and Kelly were dads physical therapy and did wonder with him walking and exercising with him Very thankful to all the help we received

I have worked at Universal Healthcare Lillington for 8 years now. I have worked at several other facilities and I will just say that Universal Healthcare Lillington is by far the best facility I have worked for. We love our residents and grow very close to them. They really do become part of your family. The staff work hard to care for our residents and make sure their needs are met. We have a wonderful state of the art gym for Rehab and a nice courtyard to sit and get fresh air. Each room has cable television and a nice large bathroom. Our Activities Department offers fresh hot coffee every morning for our residents, Bingo, Nail Salon Day, and all other types of fun games and activities. If you ever find yourself having to make the difficult decision to place someone you love in a Skilled Nursing Facility, please consider us to love and care for your loved one. We will love on them and treat them like one of our own family members.

The staff at Universal Healthcare love their residents! They work really hard to ensure that each resident is cared for to the best of their abilities. There is a family like atmosphere when you walk in the door. No where is perfect, but they strive to be the best!

My mother has been a resident for several months.The care we have received has been outstanding. The staff is friendly, the Administrator has a heart for people and the residents seem to be connected and enjoy living there. I've seen a number of long term care facilities and many were not well kept. This facility is clean, smells welcoming and typically has a housekeeping staff member visible on the floor if there is a need. Any time there has been a minor concern the staff has been prompt in addressing. I would highly recommend Universal in Lillington for rehab or long term care needs for your loved one.

This skilled nursing facility provides excellent nursing and therapy services! The staff are friendly and provide excellent care! The therapy gym is state of the art with a several pieces of equipment and the patient rooms are the biggest I've seen with your own shower.

The fact that my dad was able to sign himself out with me having a POA that has been sent to them. Is not anything that should have happened. We have stated we didn’t want him to leave with anyone besides his two daughters and a perfect stranger came in and signed him out. Lawyers will be next contact, they know he is coming down with early Alzheimer’s but he signed himself out.

This is an amazing facility, the staffing is very helpful when caring for patients. The Director of the social services there was very indeed helpful , she was very confident on the facility performances and they blew me away . I think This is the right place for anyone seeking care for there elders and want them to feel safe , come to universal !

I am profound of this facility-universal health care and rehab., the communication is top-notch, Communication is excellent starting from rehab, nursing, activities, resourceful social services and around the clock housekeeping that responds to emergencies like they were part of the scheduled chores and who can forget the wonderful receptionists who meet you with the widest smile as you walk in? I can write a book..., but if you ever looking for a short term or long term services for your loved one, please try universal at Lillington and you will never go wrong. do not forget tp ask about the ambassador program, it will convince you even more to choose universal .
