Universal Insulation - Incorporated is a minority business enterprise specializing in industrial and commercial insulation, since 1982. Since that time, our company has served the Chicago metropolitan area in the commercial and light industrial insulation market. We specialize in process piping, HVAC and plumbing insulation. We are affiliated with the International Heat & Frost Insulators Local #17 Union.

Universal Asbestos Removal - is a minority business enterprise and has served the Chicago metropolitan area since 1987 in the commercial and industrial asbestos removal market. We specialize in asbestos abatement, lead removal, mold remediation, and selective demolition. We are proud union contractors and members of IECA, IRIC and HACIA. We are also affiliated with Laborers’ International Union of North America, Local 225 and OSHA compliant.

Universal has worked with a wide range of contractors and builders on some of the largest and most famous buildings in the Chicago area. Our project listing includes buildings such as O'Hare Airport, Soldier Field, Wrigley Field, Rush University Medical Center, Shedd Aquarium, Museum of Science and Industry, Northwestern University and the UIC College of Medicine.
