What a joke!! The rude emotionless person behind the counter shouldn’t be allowed to interact with people. Came in to buy a mask for an Uber and he doesn’t speaks just points to boxes whos labels are blocked with liquor. $5 minimum on cards. For a $0.99 mask ge probably bought for $1.00 for 20. I mean he sells blank VHS tapes lol
Sells not just alcohol but non alcohol drinks as well, in addition to some essential stuff. Got myself a bottle of wine back to hilton universal to enjoy. Price was very reasonable.

Cool lil' spot I've picked drinks up from a few times. They also have phone accessories you may need, sale of "single" batteries new to me!!... Long story short, a convenient spot.

This place is top notch. It been owned for close to 40 years by the same guy and he really knows his business. You can always tell how good a business it is by how long they keep employees. They’re all the same they were 20 years ago. That’s almost unheard of these days.
I always love going to random liquor stores where I can get anything I need and then I always find cool random things because I collect things. I found these Tennessee Honey Jack Daniels stir sticks that have bees in the too ends for 1.49
Universal Liquors- is located at the corner of Lankershim and Ventura Boulevard. Angel is extremely friendly and remembers customers by their first name. Both the owner and Angel are extremely educated and wine and different liquors. The owner was able to contact the vineyard, and find a very rare wine that I had accidentally broken. He contacted the vineyard to see if they could possibly find the exact one I was looking for. He was successful, and order the wine for me without asking me to pay for it upfront. they have parking both on Ventura and a separate parking lot beside the building. I love this place, and both the owner and Angel are great! Thank you guys for doing what you do best!
