Therapy was going great until all of my appointments were canceled without any notice. No one is answering the phone. This is a dangerous game they’re playing.

I'm not saying they are bad company because the two counselor I have had one lady was really great but no longer there and the man was pretty good but was a little  unconsistent. There was times my boys ask when was he coming and I couldn't give an answer only I'm not sure. I understand the distance and traffic could be an issue as well. My biggest issue was getting the reports so the other doctors can see where more of an issues was. And I felt like I was given the run around. The fact that I have been to a few different agencies and most of them was not what I expected makes this experience not so good as well. His strategies and other things was good. And please don't put up under my review you have no record because we have been working with the company since last May 2021. Call and ask for my childrenname and info and it will be in there.  I will be calling today to cancel further treatment thank you.

Princess is very kind and welcoming and also very informative at the front desk! Counselors are amazing and very helpful! 10/10 recommend all around! I haven’t been to a better counseling establishment.

@ "Dr." Lisa ...how can you not prescribe someone medication that could possibly help them based on where the live...every younger person isn't an addict and doesn't want medication to abuse...some people genuinely need help and would gladly take a Flintstone vitamin if it would help them mentally... We chose to find help elsewhere, perhaps we'll find someone from our "era" that doesn't view the younger generation in the "searching for a fix" category that you seem to put people from Gloucester, Va in

Unprofessional, lack of proper communication, lack of knowledge about their counselors, had to find someone else for outpatient therapy..

The best and the office staff is extremely helpful . Ask for Princess she knows it all !
