Was given the opportunity for an interview and when I got there 30 minutes early the person who interviewed me wasn’t even aware that I was scheduled. I was reading other peoples reviews on this place about being unprofessional and unorganized and thought to myself wow how can one company be that bad and not even being hired yet they already appeared so. I called today requesting about the position and the interviewer said she gave the position away already. I saw the people who came in before me for the interview not even dressing the part and I’m sure they aren’t that even qualified in pistol marksmanship. This company also seems very selective of who they hire by color.

I thought Allied was a great security company but I’m not sure if it’s just this location but they’ve been lying saying someone was going to contact me about scheduling I haven’t gotten a call back or anything. After orientation day I’ve just been waiting. Been almost 2 months now… When I email, no one gets back to me. Like this is so unprofessional.
I have a friend who works with them he been on the job for 20yrs I heard one guard left because they weren't treating him right! My friend say they don't want to give him his days off that he wants not fair at all! I would have gave them a half star if I could of! The boss of my friend not treating the security guards with respect! Beware of this company ok !my friend not tr
DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I WENT TO HIRING EVENT. GOT THE JOB.GAVE FINGERPRINTS AND EVERYTHING. WAITED A MONTH FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY GAVE THE JOB ANYWAY. That’s a month of my life I wasted. Even the 20 hrs of training was a wasted of time! You can’t play with people time like that.I COULDVE WORKED SOMEWHERE ELSE!
WORST JOB EVERRRR! From The Tinley Park Office To The Highland Office Everything & EVERYONE Is chaos! THEY EXPECT YOU TO STAY 4hrs mandatory if no one shows up but they don’t pay you the right amount of hrs ! Everyone who’s paid to help you they don’t care! They ignore you an give you the run around as soon as you have an issue. I 1000% Do Not Recommend.
This company is a disgrace to the field of security. The management team lack professionalism and management skills. The payroll personnel always have issues paying officers for the hours worked.
