Great selection of sporting equipment and they always have the size I need for my kiddos. The staff is really helpful as well.
Big 5 Sporting Goods is my go to store for all things sport and work related...I have bought everything from my daughter's basketball court to work boots from there. In addition the have great daily sales for E~Team members, excellent customer service and a great return policy. I highly recommend Big 5 Sporting Goods.
Kind people. Excellent service. Met a couple of employees who were very kind. Young gentleman who has worked there for 5 years and a woman manager who helped us get the correct pricing and loaded the equipment in the car. I wish I knew there names... I would credit them here... The store is great. The staff is awesome! Thank you to the team who helped me and my father!
Everything is fantastic, only place I've bought shoes in a couple decades. Only downfall is their silly one day sales. Really, one day. I can't begin to count the times I spotted something I really would love to get, the next day, too funny. Go in and say hey couldn't make it yesterday but can I still get the sale and nope, sales over. Bummer. So now delete delete delete before looking! Okay, maybe I do peruse before deleting :-
Really helpful in the shoe department. Horrible customer service at the register. I had two transactions that I was able to use a coupon for but they would not let me. For no other reason than because they didn't want to.
Very friendly and helpful in the knife dept. Employee even brought out knives from the back that werent out yet. Three of us went in to shop and all of us bought a knife because of the excellent help and great prices.
I do enjoy coming here. They always have a pretty good selection but with the whole world being wonky, they dropped down in supplies and what-not. Either way, the ladies over there are always cool and are a big help. I went by and purchased a sleeping bag for some camping trips coming up. The bag is really heavy duty. I did spend a bit for it getting shocked with the price. Obviously on the inside lol Showing a slight bit of pain from the price, I snagged it up. I'm really glad I did! There are a few things I would recommend here and I'm not sure if it is just a big 5 thing or a brands thing. I'd recommend this store for great customer service. And I'd recommend the brands I purchase from there. *Under Armor* Which can be at a few other places. I would like to see some more camping stuff in store but I do understand it isn't a camping store. So take that with a grain of salt when shopping for camping gear. Thanks Everyone over there!
Nice looking store. Easy to find. Very nice workers. Not much else to say about it. If you've ever been to a big 5 store, you know the kind of things they carry.
First time I walked in and the store was busy. Good sales on quality items if you're not big on name brands. Good fishing gear selection considering bass pro shops Is on the other side of the freeway. Friendly staff. Try to park close to the store. Too many homeless ppl in the strip mall.
This is my favorite Big 5, I am glad that I have this store in my neighborhood. They have a lot of variety of items in all the sections. The store manager Tylor is extremely helpful person. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We got all our sports goods including tennis, fishing items, Kayaking etc from this store. I recommend this store if any one who is looking for specific items. They spend time with customers to help based on our specific needs. I wish all the stores be like this. For us it’s a pleasant trip to this store always.
