Pretty good for a quick car wash, I used the self serve bay and got stuff done in just about few minutes. I was in a rush so I didn't have time to scrub my wheels and stuff like that, but even just the sprayer they have took care of most of it.
Car wash said it was cash only today as the internet is down so I put in $8 cash and it did not process. There is no way to get your cash back either, as the cancel button doesn’t give it back. This car wash is always broken down. It’s more worth it to drive to Pullman for a wash than it is to try to get it done here.
i was told my truck was too dirty and that it cost the company too much to dispose of mud. truck did not have mud on it except from driving through a rain storm and the wheel wells had small amounts from the road. what good is a car wash if you can only wash clean cars. looked up car wash disposal of water and what i was told by the attendent owner was a bunch of garbage. disposal of water is part of the cost of doing business. get out of the car wash business if its too dirty for you.
Good place to wash your vehicle. Great price. No complaints besides that the owner gets mad when you have a dirty vehicle.
I am a frequent drive through car wash guy, and all I care about is "please knock 90% of the dirt off". For $12 all I got was 25% and a car that looked like it has zebra stripes. Take some pride in what you do. You should be embarrassed.
Im a tiny worried if the outside looked like this, what kind of wash will my car get? I'm doing it bc they're are no other drive-through washes in town, at the moment, and I'm in a boot ago I can't wash my own today. The manager was nice. It was touchless so that was nice. It got the spots brushes don't get
Nice and easy paying with card you get 2 minutes with high pressure foam and water. Like the place
Vaccuums and Shampoo brush are terrible, very little suction, and the shampoo brush barely worked.
I used the self serve wash. Good pressure wash and the foam brush was good.
I only use the automatic car wash here because it doesn't leave water marks on my vehicle. No automatic wash is amazing, but this one isn't bad. But, the vacuums are terrible. It is clear there is a lack of ongoing maintenance here. I've had a machine simply not work for me, I've had twice where the suction was inadequate to do the job, and once where the edging tool simply fell off the hose and I realized it had been poorly repaired with duct tape. Not to mention, I've had trouble with the hand washing station. I think the selection panel is going out. My last visit here I was unable to switch between the washing options I wanted. In the end I wasn't even sure if I had rinsed with water, and the "spot free rinse" wouldn't even turn on when selected, so I had to go use the automatic wash to make sure I didn't have a liquid with soap in it left to dry on my car. I suggest Dragonfly for vacuums but NOT for the car wash... horrible water marks. Or, drive to Chevron in Pullman and use the vacuum for free. Don't bother with the Mobile in Moscow for washes or vacuum.
