The University City Sports Association is a nonprofit youth organization consisting of tee/baseball, football and cheerleading, ages 4-14. UCSA. encourages youth development by providing opportunities for personal and athletic growth. UCSA promotes sportsmanship, self-esteem, and the development of life skills through engaging youth in sports while providing a safe, healthy, positive environment in order to learn the fundamentals of football and cheerleading. UCSA emphasizes a professional level of coaching to ensure the delivery of top-quality instruction, education, structured play, mentoring, leadership skills, guidance, confidence, and sportsmanship. The UCSA will preserve and promote the brand of athletics by:
• Providing fair competition
• Promoting sportsmanship and ethical behavior
• Establishing and enforcing standards of conduct for participating athletes, coaches and spectators
• Protecting the physical well-being of youth-athletes and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Every youth athlete in the University City Sports Association will benefit from our programs and have their fair chance at becoming a CHAMPION!
