Unfortunately I didn't end up living here, at no fault of the establishment, but I have to leave a review for Frank in the leasing office. He was extremely helpful and put up with my countless questions. I felt like he truly cared about my experience and went out of his way to accommodate my needs and situation. He helped me with calculations, did weekly courtesy calls to keep me up to date, and went out of his way to try to help me move earlier. Overall, the unit I toured looked good and I really appreciate having someone on my side from the office, rather than a person just looking to make a sale. If you're looking into this place ask for Frank, he'll make sure you're taken care of.

Frank in the leasing office is the goat! Very professional as well as pleasant He’s a man of his word for sure. Prior to the month of move in Frank kept me updated with all needed information and was honest with his communication. Upon arrival he was very welcoming and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure I was settled. So far the request I’ve made have been fulfilled in a timely manner. The community itself seems to be very family oriented and calm. Shout out to Oscar as well with his assistance and communication.

Frank in leasing is fantastic and attentive, a true maestro of customer service. Also, shout out to Edwin in maintenance. He gave me great tips on unloading my moving truck that made a 10 hour job into a 5 hour job. Beautiful apartment and neighborhood, I would give 6/5 stars if possible.

Frank has been beyond great, he goes the extra mile to accommodate applicants. He keeps you updated so you are left with no doubts and questions, as stressful as moving is he makes the process much easier and smooth! Honestly he deserves an award the way he goes above and beyond

Have been searching around for a new apartment and the leasing professional, Leslie, was just AMAZING! She greeted me with the friendliest smile and answered all my tedious questions with no hesitation. Her help alone made me want to go with this location assuming everyone else is the same way. Thank you Leslie for everything you did!

Absolutely an amazing place to live the cathedral ceiling are stunning and the office has amazing people working there I was able to move in quickly and efficiently with the help of Frank . I highly suggest when you come to ask for him , he was very patient kind, and well informed about the community .

I Was atienden by Frank, I had told him I need to move asap. I applied and he Was able to find me an apartment within 2 weeks working together. I HIGHLY recommend You work With Frank You Will not regret it.

I AM very happy with the new carpet and apartment upgrade that University Gardens have given me. Oscar and James were very good with us!

Leasing team is amazing, especially Frank. He made sure to accommodate all my questions and concerns. He was very welcoming and responded quickly to any issues I had. I love being here. Great service and a great community. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I recently moved here from New Jersey, in the beginning of July. Our leasing agent was Frank, and I occasionally talked with Oscar whenever Frank was unavailable; they are absolutely wonderful, they were very patient with us and very helpful during our move-in process, even when we kept having issues. Now, this review is only three stars because of what I'm about to say next: PEST ISSUES. We've called maintenance about twice already, both for roaches. We've just got here, so we haven't had time to create enough trash for me to wonder if we brought them here--and now we have a mouse/rat! I don't know how much more we can clean or how many more times we can call the maintenance team to do their "thing", but this seems to be an ongoing issue, and it's not a good look. Overall, I'm still a fairly satisfied tenant, just...the pest control seems to be lacking.
