University High School

Complete and utter nightmare. My child's phone was stolen. The principal told him she couldn't help him because she didn't know him. When I walked in to speak with her about what she'd said, she couldn't face me. She sent someone out to speak with me and send me to the AP. The AP told me don't bother reporting the phone to the police, he said it was probably already sold. Then he further blames my child for following school protocol when it came to the procedures of putting the phone away! The AP was also made aware of the bully who may have stolen the phone and continues to harass my child. He assured me he would handle it and he has NOT! To date, I have called and left messages and I have not received a call back to discuss the matter. School nurse is disgustingly distasteful. She is unprofessional and unorganized. She sent my child home with medical forms to be completed AFTER the start of the 30-day period. Then went on to call and harass me the day before it was due! I managed to get them to her on time but then she not only sends my child back home with the completed forms but she threatens him personally with being excluded from school just because she's not satisfied with how she thinks the paperwork should be handed in to her. Which is apparently hand delivered by me and not faxed over to her by his doctor's office personally. She harassed me at my place of work almost causing me to lose my job. Very unprofessional. I'm deeply disturbed with the type of people being administered to care for our children in our absence for the course of the day.

I do not want to give this school a one star. There are some good teachers. The principal is rude Ms. Tucker. She needs to be fire. She should not work around kids . Very disrespectful low life

LIES ALL LIES THIS SCHOOL IS SO BAD. OUR LOCKERS DONT WORK. OUR SHOWERS DONT WORK. THE TEACHERS ARE DROPPING LIKE FLIES. ONE OF MY TEACHERS SAID SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUTIF WE DO OUR WORK OR NOT SHE GETS PAID EITHER WAY!!!! Don't get me started on the bullying

This school is bs. I have a bad year of school because of it. All for ghetto. Very bad. 6 grade math teacher crazy as f. I hate her. Dont get into it

University school they have us point anything we do we get punish suspention or saturday detention one lady in that school that dont play is the vice principal she scares me sometimes

I'm only giving one star for education because that school is a ever bad school. u mess with these kid down there u will be sorry that you came to this school

Upper level teacher could care more.. Principal was a great guy, special needs department was helpful but understaffed.

I could be so much better like all the fights and things that go on are so unnessecary and this school is not very safe in my opinon

I love this school because i go there and they is the good school i ever went to.
