THIS WOULD BE 5 stars IF I WAS ONLY MENTIONING NURSE SARAH. I want to share my experience at the emergency department here at 450 Clarkson. Now Every time I come here or my mom comes here we regret it , the staff is horrible not empathetic and have too much attitude to be health care workers. Management if you would like to reach out to me for further details please do so I have lots to share from my personal experiences. However a ray of sunshine named nurse Sarah on this particular overnight shift took over the fast track ED and drastically changed the other patients and my moods’ for the better. She was completely attentive, sensitive to how long we have been there, to our feelings and experiences up to that point. She didn’t go and argue with other nurses on our Behalf or anything and didn’t have to, her energy, her attentiveness, her calmness, and her attitude and personality made her stand out in this entire hospital. Keep being your Sarah! People like you are the reason people still ask others for help when they are scared to or discouraged. 10 stars for you Sarah Thank you so much for your help
My mom has cancer, has been there all of 2 or 3 times unfortunately. This cow literally just picked the phone up when I called Inquiring about my mom's condition and slammed the phone down after transferring me to a number nobody answered! Please do better, this is supposed to be a great school and hospital!
I went to the emergency today and my experience was great, the doctors showed that they really cared and did everything to help me. Even the xray tech, tall male black guy, was very nice to me and explained everthing before proceeding. Overall the staff was nice and very caring... thank you
It was really nice that I got the best care and they answered every question and took really good care of me Ms.Yolanda ArtisP.A VERY NICE .... Mr.Adrian Aurrecoechea MD VERY NICE ... Thank yall so much ....
It SUCKS!!!! I would NEVER come here again or recommend this place!!! All they care about is money!! Don't treat you properly then wanna send you bills harassing you about money, even if they didn't do a thing!!!! Horrible place! They don't care about anybody but themselves! Two thumbs down
In shock with what I witnessed tonight. A male patient bleeding from his arm after an IV was taken out an a female patient waiting for medication and her IV to be taken out arguing with a male nurse African American with a bald head who seemed very very poor with his work ethics. I saw the male nurse use profanity towards her and she used it back. They went back and forth. None of the staff seemed to care must be a everyday thing. As a staff member he should have carried herself more professional than argue with a patient seeking help.
The staff is unbelievably unorganized. i was told to fill out a card with my name, address etc. and let the time clock stamp my card and give to the triage nurse. Unfortunately she called two people who came in after me before me. The triage nurse also failed to communicate where I was to take my urine sample; so I was sitting in the waiting room with my urine. The wait for triage and registration took over 2-1/2 hours when I only had 3 people ahead of me. There was no sense of compassion or urgency in making the patients feel comfortable
My mom were discharged at 6:00 pm , she can not walk it is 4:00 am she is still waiting for and ambulance , and every time I called the emergency room phone someone put me on hold , I left my phone number and they was suppose to call me when my mom is on her way home still waiting
it is the worst emergency i ever went to went there with sever pain and they sent me home with sever pain their was no help they didnt even tried to help me even though i was crying out in pain i wish i had never gone there and i would never go back in the emergency ever it was the worst please dont go there they dont really help you it was more than a hour standing pain and crying and cant sit down before i could see a doctor the doctor didnt even help please dont go there ever even in pain you end up like me going home in pain.
This is the worst place you can go for medial help specifically the clinic in suite B. The receptionists are so rude and disrespectful I saw a doctor for a checkup recently, she told me she was going to be there for 2 more days so I would have to follow up with another doctor when my lab results are in. There’s no structure. I was sent to the blood lab at the front, there I waited for 2hours to give blood. The blood draw technician didn’t know what she was doing and kept moving the needle back and forth in my arm until she found the vain. My arm still hurts. Take my advice if you don’t want to ruin your day stay as far as possible from suite B clinic.
