This hospital is very unprofessional and has rude staff. I spoke with Rachel the midwife/nurse for an scheduled induction and she was very short, rude and disrespectful. She reschedule my induction for another hospital but told me to “google” the address and promptly hung up the phone. I will never go back to this hospital location. Disorganized, rude and unprofessional. Do not go here if your a minority, they’ll treat you like a second class citizen.
Went to the lab for bloodwork. Staff ignored me at the counter. Overheard all the lab techs threatening to tape a 5 Yr olds mouth shut because he/she was screaming and crying afraid of the needles. Another patient warned me about the techs moving the needle while it was in the vein. Do not recommend this location at least for bloodwork. Can’t comment otherwise.
The place felt bootleg from the moment we entered the door. There was nobody to greet us or tell us where to go. We finally found they EKG Room and the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not look up from her phone one time while speaking to us. Furthermore, she expected me to give my personal information from across the room. Apparently she has not been trained in HIPPA. Would definitely not recommend this place. I would have thought UH had higher standards.
My son needed an X-RAY of his hip. Arrived at 3:20 ... in and out in 15 minutes.
We visit our Ophthalmologists at UH Landerbrook Health Center They have all the eye specialists under one roof and you don't have to go all the way down Town!
The Landerbrook Eye Institute is efficient and professional. The one in Wesrlake never has less than an hour wait, I sat there 2 hours. Been to Landerbrook 3 times and never waited over 10 minutes.
Worst Lab i ever saw , specially if your physician is not with University hospitals. Staff are very rude and careless . I followed with them for 2 days and more than 20 times called them just to request fax my lab result to my physician. every time they said me report was fax but they didn't until i called them 21th time.
Good luck getting an appointment within a decent amount of time. More than a month out is unacceptable. Rude and unprofessional telephone staff.
The only reason why I give it only threestars is because the wait was a little long for me ..... Especially because not only was I on time for appointment flbut a little early ....other then that ....the services was great and even with the wait problem...I would go back
Been here 3x for appointments, been on time for all. We waited OVER an hour each time. Unbelievably disorganized.
