I have an injury on October last year. I came to this office hopping to recover quick, and come back to my activity like they say. I have lost a lot of time because they only have available appointments for 2 or 3 months After, and they had cancelled my appointment twice. And then you have to wait another 2 months for a new appoinment. I finally was happy to star my treatment. But again, they cancelled my appointment at 4 PM the day before. I work traveling and I toke a week off to do this treatment. They should show a little respect for patient’s time, and at least advice that they can not help you, so like that, people can look for another options.
I had an appointment for 8:10am, and got a text message advising that I arrive 30 minutes early. I got there around 7:40am or so and was all checked in by 7:46am because I had filled out all the forms online weeks before my appointment. I was in the main lobby at least 30 minutes before the guy at reception came by and asked if I had been seen yet. A nurse then came out, took me to a room for vitals and then took me to another room to wait for the doctor, who she said would be in shortly. Well by 9am NO ONE had come to see me and I was fed up. I took off my wristband and walked out. My time is valuable also. Dont ask people to be early for appointments if you cant honor your own scheduling. Dont waste your time, find care somewhere else.
Horrible experience!! I prepared for my visit as asked. I filled out everything online as asked of me ahead of time medical history, medications, etc and arrived early for my appointment as asked. The nurse who roomed me then proceeded to re-ask and SLOWLY enter each piece of the information I already put into the system, claiming the system didn’t put in what I had entered in mychart already. She was also rude. After my time with her I then waited for an hour and fifteen minutes without seeing a doctor. So I left and no one apologized, seemed to care, or offered to reschedule me. Absolutely horrible experience and a waste of my time. I felt like a cow waiting to go to slaughter. Luckily I escaped.
Probably would be better for practice to tell patients before wasting their time that they cannot be scheduled without a referral Went through 2 people and the second person didn't tell me about it until it was time to schedule so there was no point in telling them any of my information. They even tried to get my social! They get 2 stars for being the first person being very polite, the second person seemed more on it? But aparently not enough to not waste my time. Anyone can see that as very irritating
Took a day off work to do the balance test, when I got there nobody informed that I needed someone with me.
You don't have doctors here what you have is a bunch of animals. They do not listen to their patients at all steer clear.
All personnel is courteous and professional.
My opinion at the University of Miami Plantation to Doctor Jorge A Infante Radiologist and his very professional team made me a very painful biopsy procedure but with him it was fantastic no pain from trauma in the place thank you a thousand doctors for having the ability and intelligence to carry with success that test thanks for existing doctors dedicated to their patients I give you 100 points you are a great doctor.
